Came here through the drive-thru to eat with my daughter, seen an enemy who works here, Jessica Hottenstein, and as soon as we locked eyes and she seen it was me, she RAN back to the kitchen like she had bad intentions. I believe she was going to tell the people preparing the food to do something to my food. We have been enemies for over a year now. I didnt know she worked here or I would not have bothered coming at all Not very professional behavior if you ask me. You should NEVER have to worry about what's happening to your food PERIOD. I just ended up leaving without paying for or getting my food that I ordered. I have ALWAYS loved Arby's and now I can not eat there anymore. Saddens me.

Ordered a 15$ meal, and specifically asked for arbys and horsey sauce. Checked my bags when I arrived home to find NO sauces. I mean it's not very hard. It wasn't busy- and they even asked me both sauces? - I personally cannot stand a plain roast beef and cheese sandwich so I HAVE to have the sauce with the meal - and that's exactly what I wanted. Will not be eating this sandwich & wasted my money since I will not be driving back out. Thank you Bechtle ave for not adhering to a simple customer request.

Went for lunch. There are so many items to choose from now. Hard to tell that Arby's still sells roast beef. Service was good. Food came quickly. Disappointed with the curly fries. I must have gotten the bottom of the bag. Mostly small bits.

Did an online order. Ordered sandwiches chicken tenders and turnovers. When got to the restaurant they said the had no turnovers,so I got a refund. When I got home the chicken tenders looked like they were refried and the rest the food was cold. Last we went Arby's they were out brisket. I guess we need start looking at other options.

I'm glad to see their Chicken Cordon Bleu on their menu. One of my favorite sandwiches at Arby's. I hope it's not temporary.

My son, spouse and I had the roast beef sandwiches and the next day all 3 of us had food poisoning!! My 5 year old has been extremely sick!! Do NOT eat here!!

I went to Arby's on bechtle Ave in Springfield Ohio I got there at 9:15 there were six cars at the drive thru so I went inside to place an order to go. When I went inside I was the only customer in the store. The employees were talking and laughing between themselves after standing at the counter for about five minutes the manager came out and said we will be with you in a few minutes our computer keeps rebooting itself so as soon it's resets itself well help you then I was asked if I was paying with cash or card. Manager said if you are paying cash I'll take your order, you can just pay me cash. I said no I'm paying with a card she said I have to wait until computer resets. Manager started telling the employees that is she had money she would call in more people to help clean and pay them with cash. I stood at the counter while the employees was cleaning the restaurant emptying trash etc. for about twenty minutes waiting to place order employees went to back of restaurant cleaning and never came back to talk or explain about the computer. I Will Never go back to Arby's again. And I will tell as many people that I can not to go to Arby's.
