This was rough. You can't blame the employees for this one. Blame leadership. Blame the district manager. Blame greed from corporate. They need help up front. One person bagging and dictating everything, not everything for themselves. No structure. Tons of waiting. I was there for 30 min. They got the meats. But they can't serve them up fast at all.

We Door Dashed our order. The employee yelled out my husband's name. I said, "That's me" & stepped forward to the counter. She threw my 2 bags at me, said nothing, & turned back to what she was doing. She was, attempting, to assist the other lady with getting the orders out but she couldn't even be bothered to say, "Have a nice night". Just threw my dinner at me, like I'm a dog.

My food order was incomplete, I ordered jalapeño poppers there's supposed to be 5, I only got 4, and they didn't give me any bronco berry sauce. I also paid for an extra cup of cheese sauce, that I never got. My large curly fries was only half full.. and my sandwich had a funky taste too.. My coke zero was the only good thing from here! This Arby's has really been lacking in customer service, and their quality of food and service leaves much to be desired.

I went through the drive thru. All the employees were very kind. However, the food took over 20 minutes to be delivered (there were several cars in line before me). The food was sloppily put together, and they forgot my mozzarella sticks.
Why are the workers in here with no air conditioning? It’s hotter in this store than outside! Probably need to hire more people because there’s only 3 kids working.. I asked for a fresh chicken and they gave me some old chicken sitting in the warmer… maybe they’re dehydrated or confused because of heat exhaustion but We will not come back here! Also when I bought my sandwiches back in for them to remake the skinny worker she had to examine the sandwich before dropping new ones.. my husband proceeds to ask for the manager. The young lady work in the register says why with a nasty attitude the manager she goes back there and speaks to (Manager) and comes back. The manager never says may help you is there something I can help you with let me just say this the young lady ended up saying, you’re luckyI’m at work to my husband. They thought it was really funny but we didn’t see anything funny at all.. OK

No air conditioning and it’s 80 degrees outside, I’d hate to be the kitchen staff. Food was normal, some fries way over cooked. Staff took about 5min to ask for my order at the cash register. Took over 10 minutes to receive my food (no other dine-in customer and 2 cars outside). Arrived at store an hour and a half before closing and all of the condiments were shut down for the night. Food crumbs on all of the seats.

Missing entree, I ordered 2 beef n cheddar, one was a double, we get our food and get to the park to eat only to find out one of our entrees was just completely forgotten, what's the point of fast service times if we're not getting what we pay for? Slow down and take 30 damn seconds to make sure everything's in the order
