Missing entree, I ordered 2 beef n cheddar, one was a double, we get our food and get to the park to eat only to find out one of our entrees was just completely forgotten, what's the point of fast service times if we're not getting what we pay for? Slow down and take 30 damn seconds to make sure everything's in the order

Me and my girlfriend came here Monday evening to pick up a non-online order the girls working there were very rude and unprofessional one white woman one black woman they don’t have common sense. We had three drinks with our order. They give us one drink and say oh you want all three drinks now when we ask for the other drink The workers were saying stuff and laughing as if it was a joke even though we spent over $30 there black woman that handed us our food on the way out was very rude and did not show no respect or common customer courtesy I will never go back there again

Shake machine out of order when heavily advertising a Good Burger Meal with a Strawberry shake. Charged the same price to get a fountain pop. Take your signage down or overnight the part. Give your customers a coupon for a free shake once it is repaired. Do something for your customers when they spend $30 for 2 people to eat fast food.

Isn't it perfect when you want a lemonade and the entire cup is almost entirety ice.... I was informed that they're instructed to fill it full of ice. Will be contacting corporate, it would be nice to actually get what you pay

When I went I had ordered, the wings box, and a chicken wrap for myself and a beef and cheddar, shake and some mozzarella sticks for my girlfriend. The worst part is that even to get my food they had me pull up to another door to receive my food, where I had waited ten minutes for my food, and after all of that when I arrived home my wings had barely any sauce on them, almost like a dry rub (which the wings aren't) along with the big glaring issue with the order as a whole, they failed to put the mozzarella sticks in the bag and by the time I had noticed I was already 10 miles away at home. I called the store back to see if they could manage to give me a refund online but I had to come back use all of that gas just to get the 4 mozzarella sticks they were supposed to give me in the first place.I was put in a horrible situation of get no compensation if I don't return to the store, or use gas and return to the store and get the item they failed to provide. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else, I can't afford the gas for the extra trip nor can I afford to order food that I don't get. I above all else hope that this doesn't happen to someone less fortunate than me. All it took was this experience to ruin my day.
