This place is just waiting for a lawsuit to happen, they don't know how to do anything right. Multiple times I've experienced little scraps in the food. Plastic corners in the mac and cheese, aluminum foil wrapping in the sandwiches, and debris in the drinks. The food is miserable and depressing, I feel like they go out of their way to be doom and gloom. The fries and are cold, the cheese sticks snap at how cold they are, the roast beef tastes like it just came out of the fridge, the cheese sauce thick, and the drinks have no flavour as if they reduced the amount of syrup in the dispensers. This Arby's has given me such horrible experiences consistently over time that I feel compelled to write a post to warn others. A waste of money. I would be embarrassed to operate this location to the point of wanting to quietly quit so people didn't know I worked there. The food is expensive, it has no flavour, I'm risking consuming foreign objects, the drinks has no syrup, everything feels like it's cold out of the fridge, and the presentation looks like someone sat on the bag. Considering all of that, I would not be surprised if there were multiple health code violations.

Every time I order food from Arby's on Leffel lane in Springfield Ohio my food is always cold sloppy dried out and is rarely made correctly My drink is always watered down The store is beyond freezing, messy and smells like the night closers do not mop correctly Arby's in Springfield has completely went down hill in the last year or two. Please fix these problems I do not want to drive to another city for Arby's

Visited this location today while traveling to visit my son and granddaughter and stopped inside and the staff was so rude and unpleasant. I don't know of she was a manager or just a crew member with a cocked eye but very rude, no Hello welcome to Arby's or I'll be with you in a moment, nothing then after I places my order she threw my food on the counter as if I pissed her off or something. Never ever will I visit this location again. Arby's, do better
