Food was hot and good, however it was a huge disappointment after being on the road for 3 hours to get out of the car and find the dining room was closed, forcing us to go to the drive thru. We wanted to get out of the car, eat, and use the restrooms before continuing our trip.

Gave it 2 stars because the service was great, other wise it would have been one star. Bacon Swiss chicken sandwich was completely cold, cheese was stiff because it was so cold. The bread on the Ruben was not grilled.

Visited this location today while traveling to visit my son and granddaughter and stopped inside and the staff was so rude and unpleasant. I don't know of she was a manager or just a crew member with a cocked eye but very rude, no Hello welcome to Arby's or I'll be with you in a moment, nothing then after I places my order she threw my food on the counter as if I pissed her off or something. Never ever will I visit this location again. Arby's, do better

I love Arby's. Their food is so freaking good! But I absolutely HATE that when you order the giant size sandwich in the combo, they only give u a medium drink and fries unless you specify large. Like if I'm hungry enough to order that giant-ass sandwich (and pay that much for the combo) they could at least throw in the large drink and large fries without a charge. I mean come on Arby's. I have this sandwich that weighs a ton and a 16 ounce drink. It just feels disproportioned. It should just be automatically upgraded to a large when u order the monster sized sandwich in a combo. Maybe I'm being greedy and I know I sound like a big eater but really, I just really like big drinks 😉
In my opinion, these places are way too expensive.They need to have some more healthier options.The food and that's what's any fast food restaurant.Just aren't that healthy for you. There's no salads that's weird to me because. Everybody doesn't eat sandwiches. And my granddaughters said that they don't like the cheese on the wraps.It's just taste weird. Or they just don't like the way the cheese that is.
