They did great! They patiently took our order.. especially when my boyfriend was having a food dibocal of a situation.. and the cashier gave his opinion instead of standing there looking annoyed. The food was great only thing was the steak nuggets were a bit over cooked. Otherwise they did great! 🖤💋 it was the perfect serving for mine and my boyfriends 2nd date 🖤😻🖤

I came in today with a long shot. Ordered food in London originally and didn’t get part of my order. The ladies that waited on me in the lobby listened to me and agreed to make the missing part of my order at no cost. It meant a lot to myself and my grandma. Thank you Taylor and Megan!

Please go to the Arby's on bechtle don't waste your time at the main street location. So I order on Uber eats, a French dip as you know a French dip comes with dipping juice, Au jus, my food gets here and there isn't any Au jus, so I called and he said he will make me a new meal if I can have someone come get it. I called Uber and they won't allow for somebody to go back and pick up the order that they messed up. So at this point I kind of got over it. So like a responsible communicator I called them and told them you know what don't worry about it... And the manager acted like he didn't know who I was or what I was talking about... So you think it's funny to joke about people's food.. it's not. Then he said the Uber driver ran off with my au jus ... So I called corporate to make a complaint. At 4:42 p.m. the district manager called me, she told me someone from the restaurant will bring it to me.... By 702 nobody has shown up to my house to replace the meal .. I don't know what what kind of communication is going on with the district manager and the store manager but they are unprofessional when it comes to handling complaints. A complimentary meal certificate should have just been emailed to me. And as far as the employees who wouldn't mind getting into their car and taking a 10-minute drive away from work and still get paid for it? And why was my au jus sauce not in the same bag with my other food. Why didn't that manager hold himself and his store accountable... BECAUSE THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL. This will be the last time I go to this restaurant, at this location.

I’d give this place zero if possible. Cold and half frozen fries…forget about the rest, which wasn’t much better. Won’t spend a nickel there anymore unfortunately, I used to like that place. Zero effort

Saw the commercial on TV for the Reuben sandwich. it looked really good so I went and got two of them at $6.99 each and was so disappointed when I got home and opened them. They looked NOTHING like what was advertised. Two thin slices of deli meat on chewy tough bread and hardly any kraut. don't be fooled people !!!!
