Both items I ordered were fresh and hot. Their Mozzarella sticks are thick compared to all other fast food chains, which I enjoy. Got a good deal on the 2 items I ordered and only paid $6!!

Food seemed to taste well but I got extremely sick a few hours after I ate it if that long. Service seemed to be fast ,and polite workers. Atmosphere - was out side through drive thru
Parking: Plenty of places to park, but it does sit on East main st ,so very busy road don't like the pulling in and pulling out the parking lot honestly

Went through the drive thru and was told to pull up while they cooked the chicken for my chicken bacon swiss sandwich. I sat there for 20 minutesand nobody ever came out with my food. I had to go inside to get it and none of it was prepared and my order cleared off the screen
Cold and no customer service at window. Just throw cold food in a bag out the window. I wasn't in the mood to go back when I went in to take a bite before leaving parking lot

0 stars is more accurate. The girl working the window tonight should be put in the back or find a new job. Rudest customer service . Shoved the bag in my hand, while not even looking, overfilled my drink with the liquid all down the cup and on the lid. One guy had half his body leaning across the counter where they make food, with his phone. They got my online order wrong. My Buffalo sandwich was just slop soup on a bun. I get it, it's fast food, it's for convenience, but, damn! This leffel lane/s lime location is garbage. And management is lack there of, at least for the evening crew. Severely pissed me off , turning what should have been a quick easy part of my night, messy and disgusting! No thank you. Have the nasty proof pictures but my phone isn't giving the option to post them?
