Amazing food, no matter what you get. Fresh banana nut bread available at the registers for only $5!! Waitresses are sweet and come by just frequently enough. Good grandma style food for good prices

North st Springfield Oh restaurant Not one employee greeted me with a smile or a hello. The just seated another customer ahead of me although my name was on the list. This customer walked in and was taken to a table without him looking at the list. He took me to my table without any communication/smile etc then said Ashleigh would be my waitress. I sat for 10 minutes watching Ashleigh talking to a couple at another table without once turning around to look at her other tables. There were many empty tables around me so it was not so busy she did t have time. I decided to leave, but wanted to talk to the manager. As I approached the checkout area the manager walked away to clean tables. I saw Ashleigh and got her attention (she was at the checkout having busted walked up there). I told her I was leaving, that I had been seated for 10 mins without anyone coming to my table. She asked where I was sitting. I told her my location which was hers. Without an apology and no hesitation she said “oh have a good day”. I went .5 miles to By Golly was met with a smile and how are you by the hostess. She asked for my drink order, gave me my menu and came back within a couple of mins for my order. My order came within 10 mins. Too bad Bob Evans employees were not the same. Marcia B
I ordered 2 eggs home fries sausage biscuits and White gravy. I specifically told autumn at the carry out I wanted white gravy not brown. I got home and I have brown gravy which I hate . I'm disappointed

The waitress was nice and professional. The staff was awesome planning on coming back to eat Kyle was an awesome waiter, very polite and friendly he needs a raise. He is a hard worker.
Sausage gravy way to salty.
Hot and fresh food, very clean and servers was very nice. It gets really busy but overall was worth the wait
