Went in Thanksgiving day just to try and get something while my truck was in the shop didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised dinner was phenomenal and only $19 for a entire turkey dinner

Was a terrible experience from the moment we walked in the building no one came over to see how many was in to eat nasty attitudes from all the staff members waited for almost a hour without being seen the customers service was the most terrible I have ever experience in my life they need to get new people to work here

I ordered takeout. It was ready, I saw it on the counter , there was one other takeout customer, and I waited 18 minutes to be waited on. Unacceptable.
Our waitress stood at the end of the table and handed us everything to pass down. From the drinks to the biscuits to the food and I have arthritic hands and it was very hard for me. But we literally had to pass it down like Thanksgiving dinner. She didn't attempt to wait on us individually. And then she had us hand her the dishes so she could clear the table but we basically did her job for her. And again that was very hard for me to do because of my hands. I felt like we waited on ourselves. And the food was extremely mediocre. I did enjoy the new lemon garlic butter chicken. But the gravy had weird brown lumps in it the biscuit was cold and hard the broccoli was flavorless and the green beans were decent. This is our family meetup place for our special occasions because of our distances. I hope next time it's a lot better.

We ordered from the menu on the back. I had the garlic grilled chicken steamed broccoli and corn. All was delicious and the perfect amount. Thank you sincerely Rita and my husband loved his too. ?

If I could give this 0 I would. I just tried to order a cup of soup 10min. before they closed for my sick husband and the phone rang and rang and finally the kid on the phone answered & told me that he couldn't take my order because they had closed the kitchen, it was 10 minutes till closing time and he was so rude and yelling at me. I wouldn't eat at any Bob Evans after this experience. How does it say closes @ 9 but stop talking orders before their even to be closed. I won't be giving them my money ever again.
