“HUGE SHOUT-OUT to IHOP!! Today is our son's birthday and he really wanted IHOP for dinner. When we went in, the hostess informed us that their heat wasn't functioning 100% but if we wanted to stay we could sit in the back party room which was a bit warmer. Birthday boy really wanted IHOP so we decided to stay. SO GLAD we did!! We had incredible service, everything was delicious, and they truly went the extra mile to make it a special dinner for our special guy. Our server let us know she was leaving for the night just before we were done eating, so I asked the server who rang us out if I could make sure our original server received a fair portion of our tip since she was so excellent and served us for 99% of our visit. She said our server had been Stephanie, who was a manager and couldn't accept tips, but she would pass along the praise. So, since we couldn't leave the generous tip for Stephanie that we wanted (although we still tipped the server who wrapped us up) we wanted to make sure we gave her a shout-out to this amazing audience. We had such a great experience despite the cold and will definitely be dining there again soon!“
