We came in for take out last night and by time my husband got home the establishment was closed when he opened the wings he seen there was no sauce and they were burnt to a crisp, I called today and was on hold for 30 minutes after waiting I spoke to a manager named Antoine, I told him about the situation he asked if I had called, I said no as they were closed at 12am and it was 11:54 when he got home. He said "you still should have called Im not doing anything for you" I said how was I supposed to call when the hours of operation are 11am until 12am he said "we were here until 2am" I asked how I was supposed to know this he said "well it's common sense most people know we don't automatically leave at 12" I said no but phones aren't answered past operating hours I asked for cooperates number because he had a horrible attitude with me and he said no I asked to speak to the district manager because of his attitude he said she was on vacation I asked for her number he said she does not have one so I asked for.her work email he said she doesn't have one I said I know she has some.form.of contact and he has no reason to be talking to me the way he is he hung up on me. He was mad that I didn't call when the store was closed and just talked to me like I was trash, you guys need better employees.

RyanC. You HAVE to do better man. 2 checks brought out left the other 2 for 30 minutes didn’t bring it. RyanC part 2: asked for ranch. Never got ranch. RYAN C PART 3: waits 40 minutes to bring me my water. The cooks deserve the tip not RyanC. Do better RyanC.

The server I had literally did a horrible job, it’s an average night. Yet my friends asked for a cup of ranch it never came. Asked for a cup of water came after 30mins… service is the worst part of this place, half my wings were cold as per usual and my appetizer was poor. As much as I want to name our waiter he gets to slide this one time. He’s horrible. Tip going to be very low. Never mind Ryan was my waiter, he’s so bad.

Always double check your mobile orders. I had large part of my mobile order missing. Fries got cold by time I drove back to the restaurant and staff refused to help. Plenty of other restaurants in the area that provide way better service

The woman working the bar at lunch on 1/3/25 completely ignored me. I never received a menu or drink order. The gentleman that came in a while after me was greeted and served so I left and went somewhere else.

Beyond terrible experience!!! Sat at our table for 10 minutes without anyone greeting us. I have a lot of patience for servers but that was pathetic. Watched the shift manger walk around and half assed look at customers. Watched four different waitress wait on tables that came in after us. Everyone had drinks and orders taken. No one cared until I walked out. Not the first experience I’ve had with this place at night either. I would have been fine if someone simply said “give me a minute and I’ll be right with you.”
I get it it's a sports bar, but when it's so loud(tvs) that you can't talk to people at your own table is ridiculous.

Ive never had a more inconsistent experience with a restaurant. I love the bar and bartenders but between the app being trash and the waitstaff needing a refresher in customer service and respect, I doubt I'll ever come back to this business.

Second time not receiving what I paid for. First time, 10 got 7. This time 15 got 10. Don't know if management is aware or the person who is responsible for filling orders needs to be retrained. Poor customer service.

Went to Bechtle Wild Wings on 11/11/24 at 5pm for Veterans Day took about one hour for food to arrive never offered drink refills check showed an extra charge for additional drink not ordered wait to have manger to comp my veterans meal of wings and fries as was offered to vets took a long time to happen.Never again will I return to this place or any free vets meal offer anywhere else either
The bogo wings are a great buy.
