Absolute garbaggio. Ordered carry-out. Not busy at all inside… said it would be ready at 6:50. Got there at 6:45. At 7:07 the lady tried to hand me 1/8th of my order and say, “here you go” over $100 worth of food and no sense of urgency. Who cares if it’s good, we won’t be back. Lady didn’t check the order at all and didn’t care about the items they were out of. She just said they were out of it and didn’t offer a refund or anything at all

Did an online pickup order earlier this week and no exaggeration stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged by anyone. First person to greet me was a server who was taking care of his own tables and said he’d try to find someone for me. 2 different managers made full blown eye contact with me and just walked away like I wasn’t even there.

When I got the food I ran out to the car and checked it and it was wrong. I headed back inside where the hostess proceeded to then argue with me about it instead of just having them shake the wings.

Never in my life will I spend $78 to just be blatantly ignored in an EMPTY restaurant when there are so many others that I could choose to go too.

Food was likely fresh when I arrived but considering it likely sat for a solid 20 minutes while I was in the lobby plus the drive home it was subpar at best and soggy by the time we got to eat.

Got seated quite quickly. Bur after our drinks and food order where take no one stopped by the table once. It took 50 minutes for 20 wings to come out. And when they came out they were cold. No one stopped by for refills and we had to flag someone down just to pay our bill. Horrible service.

I ordered on Doordash and asked to have my sauce for my wings on the side. I legit didn't get ANY sauce at all. Plus I got chili fries and there was barely any chili on my fries. I love buffalo wild wings but the one in Springfield legit sucks so much. Its not that hard to give customers what they ask for.

The sun coming in the side window is brutal!!! Corporate, please step in and help correct this. Like clock work the glare into the restaurant is terrible. It’s a shame. Can we get some window tend, shades or something? They have fixed the food and the service which is great. Much much better which is why my score is so high. Is it too much to ask though to fix the dang windows?

Horrible experience 4-11-25!!! My meal was cold , my sons was wrong , (which mind you didn’t offer us a kids menu so when I asked about they did correct that ) he asked for his sandwich to be plain , it had mustard on it fries were so well over done for him and my mothers order they couldn’t eat them , the server didn’t ask us if anything or everything was okay no refills or anything stayed in the back on her phone !! Smh no wonder why they never have business anymore ….

We came in for take out last night and by time my husband got home the establishment was closed when he opened the wings he seen there was no sauce and they were burnt to a crisp, I called today and was on hold for 30 minutes after waiting I spoke to a manager named Antoine, I told him about the situation he asked if I had called, I said no as they were closed at 12am and it was 11:54 when he got home. He said "you still should have called Im not doing anything for you" I said how was I supposed to call when the hours of operation are 11am until 12am he said "we were here until 2am" I asked how I was supposed to know this he said "well it's common sense most people know we don't automatically leave at 12" I said no but phones aren't answered past operating hours I asked for cooperates number because he had a horrible attitude with me and he said no I asked to speak to the district manager because of his attitude he said she was on vacation I asked for her number he said she does not have one so I asked for.her work email he said she doesn't have one I said I know she has some.form.of contact and he has no reason to be talking to me the way he is he hung up on me. He was mad that I didn't call when the store was closed and just talked to me like I was trash, you guys need better employees.
