Overheard one of the ladies complaining about no tip for my takeout order... When did it become the norm to demand tips for takeout with no service? Pretty ironic that they then also forgot the celery that should have came with my order.

Also, stick to the bone-in wings as their boneless wings have consistently been some of the saddest little pieces of meat I've seen.

Absolute trash. Do not waste your time nor money going to this location. Waited over 25 minutes for an order that was for pickup. Tried to call to speak with a manager, whoever answered the phone was very rude and I was forgotten about. Very rude staff. Disgusting food. Don’t waste your time with this location, travel to Beavercreek or anywhere else but the Springfield location.

My family went last Wednesday and waited 40 mins for 1 margarita and 1 beer, then after about an hour and a half we finally got our food. We didn’t even receive our fountain drinks for an hour and 45 mins after we sat down and had to ask for them to be brought after our food was out.

I miss the old one on S. Fountain i used to work at. This location is pathetic. No sauce to speak of, half of our order was cold, trash service.

If you like cold food, long wait times, dry wings, not getting your complete order and horrible service this place is for you! Mind boggling how this place stays open. We give it another chance every 4-6 months with hopes it has gotten better and we have been just as disappointed as before

I haven’t been to BB3’s in yrs because I didn’t like their wings, something has changed! Their wings, to me, are better than my preference wings restaurant . So glad to have chosen to eat here. Now BBW’s is my preferred place to go.

Over the last year, I’ve probably spent a good $100 on items I don’t receive. Customer service is non existent, you get a generic “someone will contact you” but they never do. If my daughter didn’t love Bdubs wings I would never come here. I’m always nice and always tip well regardless of how I order but you order for pick up and check for missing items and they get an attitude, you order for delivery with missing items and you’re SOL, you dine in and you wait 20 minutes before you’re seated then wait even longer for a server and even longer for your food. Ridiculous, this will be the next chain to close in Springfield.

We got bone in wings and onion rings. Wings were dry. We got a whole 3 pieces of celary, and they got rid of the southwest ranch. New dip sucks. Several of us tried it and none liked it. So we asked for regular ranch to eat with it and was charged. Waitstaff was friendly.

Garseanna seen me and she made me feel like I was in welcomed. I have no clue who she is and I’ve never met her. But I just felt like she was super unprofessional.

This location is a disaster
Showed up at 5 on a Sunday and left at 7:30
Majority of table orders the 2 for 20
About an hour later a bunch of cold wings come out with no fries
Fries come out about 15 min later
Had to walk up to the kitchen myself to ask for ranch because asking the server wasn’t working
No refills to the point that eventually they just went to the bathroom and filled there drink with sink water
Then had to repeat all of orders so they could figure out the checks
They tried to make it right with a $10 voucher but won’t be necessary, won’t be back
