How difficult is it to make a double whopper with no lettuce no cheese no tomato. Also, how hot is it not to give it to the person in front of me and then make me wait after I’ve already sat there for over 15 minutes to get the wrong food anyway. Like I’m basically throwing away money at this point it wouldn’t be that bad if It didn’t have cheese cause I could just throw away the tomato and lettuce but now I have to throw away the entire damn meal because you can’t do your job

The absolute worst attitudes, service, awful food. I eat burger king above all other. And on top of my family not eating anything at all now, was overcharged by 25% and no receipt. I guess it's just chew on that.

Try to hire friendly people if they are going to work with customers, I was not treated very well at all on my last visit. Also I came to get a fish sandwich and they were out, that has never happened to me before and is puzzling, perhaps there was a good reason but still disappointing and combined with unfriendly workers I feel one star is fair.

I hate to be that guy but this location during the day ROCKS! you come here after 4-5pm you’re wasting your time, went through ordered a whopper only ketchup mustard pickle for my autistic son he’s highly allergic to eggs so he doesn’t want mayo on his food.
First the drive thru worker took my order for the burger then told me a total never asked if that was all or anything like that this is like the 3rd time this has happen to me so rightfully so I just paid for the 1 item because clearly didn’t want to make sales and I get it I unfortunately work in customer service it sucks. But what really irked my soul was the fact the burger was completely wrong like literally drowned in mayo so now I’m on the way to Wendy’s to get him something else since they won’t mess it up.
Look y’all are the best BK in town but I hate the fact the last 3 visits something just goes wrong night crew you needa step your game up fr

Weird experience here. The saltiest fries ever. I literally wiped each fry óff due to the amount of salt. I didn't want to ask for new fries because the staff was odd and seemed not the best situation at that moment.
