No toilet paper. Men's restroom told the manager they did nothing. A new customer walked in to use the restroom. They handed him toilet paper and had him clean the toilet So he could use it.

Type of place that will spit in your food...5 out of 5 times I've gotten impossible burgers as hard as a brick. Tonight I had them remake it, as usual, and tiny bits of bacon was mixed in and one huge chunk... obviously on purpose. Two employees walked out laughing and side eyeing me right after one brought my food out.

Okay . Enough is Enough. Last time I receive an order from your store. I have ordered the same item every day for the past two years. Over the last 3 weeks my order has only been right once. On top of it all they raised their prices as well. Thanks for helping me save $ 600.00 a year. NEVER AGAIN.

The female manager can be heard all through the store yelling at employees. Additionally I believe the one person was a new hire and she could be heard belittling that employee because they weren’t going as fast as the manager wanted. I believe I had also heard them state that reporting them does not matter as the are related to the district manager. Terrible experience to the point I will never shop here again!
