Counter server was polite but really big difference from normal was my Whopper Jr. Was prepared like they were making it for themselves. Hot, fresh, evenly applied ingredients and wrapped without smashing them.

Called rather late at night to ask if their Ice Cream Machine was working. Employee hung up on me. I called back thinking we got disconnected, and employee answered with "Springfield Police Department". Slightly confused, but Knowing who I called, I began to repeat my simple question and was hung up on again. Tried a third time and was ignored. Not sure what's going on here, but I guess you should never ask about the ice cream machine.

Charging for a water cup is insane, water cups do not cost you 25 cents there’s no reason your business should be so money thirsty they’re now charging for water.

I paid with a credit debit card and instead of processing the payment within 24 to 48 hours like they're supposed to they waited at least 5 days and when they tried to take the money off my card all of it wasn't there so they overdrafted my account. Thanks so very much for

We got breakfast and I asked to have my French sticks to be 30 seconds longer so to be crispy...hash browns were warm. Coffee was good. Went to the restroom and it was beyond filthy....from floors, toilet, sink, walls. So..so..dirty. Wished I would have went first because I would have walked out. It needs to be checked by the Health Dept. When the restroom is that bad...I would have NEVER ate my food. Can you imagine what the food area looks like!

If you like sloppily assembled sandwiches and warmish fries this is the place to be. My niece wanted to go to Mc Donalds so we got there, I attempted to use the app it wasn't working so I went to counter to see if it was only end or thiers. The guy said it was probably the app. I asked if I could get my loyalty points if I ordered at counter. He said No so I went to Burger King. My niece got the cheese burger happy meal. She got the same toy as last week. She ask me if she could talk to the manager and exchange it. I thought it was really cool that she wanted advocate for herself. I liked that they were nice enough to exchange the toy for her. She was really happy with her kids meal. My food tasted OK but for me Part of the enjoyment is how it looks so it drives crazy when the cook just throws my food together. I guess that's due to my training as grillman at Red Barn in the 70's.
