Don't go here at night. I have placed two orders on the app for night time orders recently. The first time they messed up my sandwiches and shorted me nuggets. This time the worker lied when I asked where the shake was because she gave me a bag that was taped up. She said it was in the bag but it wasn't. When I called, I got the excuse they aren't supposed to sell any ice cream and they only have a small amount of it. She could have just said that when I specifically asked about it. I was told to ask doordash for a refund when I used the BK app. It is a totally different experience if you go during the day. No attitude, no lies, and the food given is what you ordered.

I had the sweetest surprise! I asked for onion rings at the drive-thru, and the kind lady🥹 not only gave them to me for free but also added some chicken fries! It was such a small gesture, but it made my day.

Huge shoutout to Burger king for having such amazing employees! I’ll definitely be back not just for the food, but for the great service and good vibes. Thank youuuuuuuuuu!

The kids working here are nice and the place was very clean. The problem is they found it possible to scorch the impossible burger and it tasted charcoalish. The service was slow but with a smile.

Crew at this location is horrithe lady at the window was nice and pleasant, but my food is ice cold like it's been sitting in the window for 25 minutes waiting for somebody. That was the last even eat this because it's all dried out and old and I have no way but up there I will not be eating at this location any more

The service at this location is generally inconsistent, as most staff members do not appear attentive. However, one employee did stand out with her excellent service. We frequently order the Impossible Whopper combo, but during our recent visit, the taste was noticeably off compared to the usual standard. On the positive side, the fact that this location is open 24 hours is convenient for late-night visits.

This has to be one of the worst local locations. I used to try and stop on my way out of town in the morning, usually before 630, and they would immediately say it would be 7 to 10 minutes before they could take my order when I pulled up in the drive thru. 7 to 10 minutes before they could take the order, not prepare the order, not server the order, so I stopped trying to come here in the mornings. Today I happened to stop, without thinking, on my way out of town at nearly 830, because I've been enjoying the burgers for breakfast program they just started and I was on this side of town. Now I've taken advantage of this at 2 or 3 other locations, a couple of them more than once. Of course I know it'll be a wait and that it's unusual to order burgers in the morning but this cashier seemed totally confused and then seemed upset about the order. Maybe I was the first at this location? Anyway, they told me it would be 20 minutes. It wasn't but I feel like they may have said that in hopes of cancel, it's just how their response felt. They didn't seem to take it well and I can only guess why. I think I just need to be done with this location. The service, the attitude today where they seemed almost upset over an order, and my past experiences at this location, is really all the motivation I need to just avoid this place forever and ever. Maybe it's just me but this place and me don't mesh.
