Carmae Catering was phenomenal to work with; we hired them to cater our wedding on 10/19/24. They were eager to answer questions we had along the way and were very responsive to questions we had about the services we were purchasing from them. The wait staff were very friendly and attentive to details about the event that we had communicated to them and were very positive throughout the entire experience. The food was great and the entire event ran very smoothly with their help. Given the opportunity to hire them again for another event, we would not hesitate to reach out to them.

I personally witnessed them help my nephew who was in a wheelchair load and carry his plate as well as those who were struggling to walk. I would definitely recommend them for any event. Carmae catered my daughters wedding on 11/18/23. The appetizers and all the food was so delicious! I received so many wonderful compliments on the food. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. They replenished the cookie table and did so many other things that I didn’t even expect them to do. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and was able to relax and enjoy myself. I cannot recommend Carmae enough! If you are looking for a caterer look no further! Carmae is the best!!

On September 9th, Carmae Catering catered our daughter’s wedding for 300people, and they did an outstanding job. The appetizers were delicious and the meal was fantastic as well ( so many compliments on all the choices and people loved the vegetable lasagna). The staff who worked the wedding were so professional in making sure that everything went smoothly. Carmae Catering catered a taco bar for my wedding on 3/17/2023. We could not recommend them enough! The food was amazing!!! We still receive compliments to this day. Carmae catered our Men's Breakfast today at High Street Nazarene Church. Very prompt in both delivery and cleanup. Great variety of food and every dish was delicious.
Setup complete before event started and cleanup completed before event was over. In fact, Mandy even boxed up leftovers into individual boxes ready to take home.
Forty-five hungry men ate and had plenty left over. (Did NOT run out of a single item)
