Cassano's The Pizza King

Ordered from north main store for delivery to Kettering health Dayton and the driver called to see where to deliver it when I put those directions online when I order and they always take it to the wrong entrance so I said it 3 times he got very rude and hung up on me. I love the pizza very good but don’t do delivery from that location they are rude to their customers will never order from there again due to the employees not the food.

They really might be the king of pizza! The crust is thin but not crispy, and has the most delicious flavoring salt on it. Call ahead and pick up the pizza in the drive through!

We walked in fresh from the road to a very large loud church group that goes every week. They were very overwhelming and the cashier was doing her best to take their order and get them setved. She was working alone, a driver was helping in the kitchen. She was wonderful and patient. She was the only good at this place. We waited 30 min for our pizza, which, three days later is still making my family ill. We don't live in the area and trusted the reviews, we shouldn't have.

A hometown favorite pizza place. Whenever I come home I like to get some tasty pizza squares and Cassano's never disappoints. The service is quick,the restaurant is tidy. the pizza is tasty and the servers are friendly. What else can you ask for?

Have to get Cassanos while in the OH

Pizza was good,sub and garlic bread was barely cooked. Had to put in oven when I got home. Won't go to thar cassanos again.

Some of the best pizza around! It's a bit pricey though..

From out of state trying this pizza for first time! We called in on what was a call center line and Veronica was helpful and directed our order to the location around the corner from our hotel. It was ready on time and staff at pick up were also friendly! And most importantly it was absolutely delicious! Love the small square bites, the thin crust and the toppings were excellent! We would definitely order again and if we stop here in the future you will have our business!

Poor customer service after they sent me away with the wrong item. Said they would send out a new pizza that was correct at which point 55 minutes later they said I had to give back part of the wrong pizza that my kids had eaten since I wasn’t told I had to give it back. Delivered to my driveway at which point I was informed I needed to buy it since we ate the cheese pizza and not the three topping pizza that I wanted. I obviously said I want purchasing another pizza. Had I known that this was the policy, I would not have eaten any of it, but was just told “a pizza will be delivered to you to replace that one.” Absolutely abysmal customer service and “policy” that squandered resources for drivers, pizza makers, ingredients, boxes, gas, electricity and such and still have a customer leaving completely dissatisfied. Waste of so many things. I wasn’t trying to scam, I was just trying to show my family my favorite (now completely never coming back) pizza spot and didn’t even get to eat what I wanted. Could have easily said “I’m sorry we messed up. Here is a pizza that you were supposed to eat and glad your hungry family could eat while we remedied our mistake.” Not what things used to be or we just lucked out over the past 35 years. We aren’t scammers, we are just trying to eat when we are hungry.

The spaghetti and meatballs are definitely fantastic

I love Cassanos pizza, been eating it since a young boy in the 60's. but now that I am in my 60's eligible for senior discount you take it away. You used to give 10% offon all orders for seniors. Now all you offer is a personal pizza, to me, that is an insult! I heard from z good sources that you took it away because some employees were abusing the senior discount and giving i out to their friends or whatever. So, let's punish the seniors, not the employees responsible for the abuse. Makes no sense 😕

Best wings and calzone so far pizza too but the wings omg so good I can really say they are better than other places first time getting wings from there and believe I will make this place for chicken wings.
