My girlfriend and I ate here last night, we drank several beers and ate pizza and while the pizza was delicious and the beer was good, when we left something really bad happened. We walked out and it was dark, I headed towards the car but my girlfriend was blinded in the darkness and walked straight into the gravel to the left of the doorway and tripped on those big rocks and hurt herself pretty bad. She busted her knee, skinned her elbow so bad it ripped a hole in the hoodie she was wearing, and cracked her new iPhone 16 pro max. She's not badly hurt but if you're going to sell alcohol maybe you could have it lit enough that you don't trip and hurt yourself. It takes time for your eyes to adjust from the light to darkness. If they had it lit enough to see in the parking lot this would have never happened. She could have been hurt worse. If we'd had to take her to the hospital we might have to talk to a lawyer. But I think we'll let it go. I just hope nobody else gets hurt coming out of there. Get some lighting please. Safety is important.

Terrible pizza tonight. Was 45 minutes late, cold and dry. Ate a few pieces and threw it away. It didn’t even warm up well in the oven or air fryer. Disappointed & disgusted with this store. N Bechtle Ave is soooo much better, but they don’t deliver to our house. They did refund half our money.

Poor customer service after they sent me away with the wrong item. Said they would send out a new pizza that was correct at which point 55 minutes later they said I had to give back part of the wrong pizza that my kids had eaten since I wasn’t told I had to give it back. Delivered to my driveway at which point I was informed I needed to buy it since we ate the cheese pizza and not the three topping pizza that I wanted. Absolutely abysmal customer service and “policy”

Dirty and old inside, needs a remodel. Soda fountain was out of order. We opted to make itto go while ordering and they still took 35 minutes when I was told 10-15.Also, getting terribly overpriced!
