Cassano's The Pizza King

Why is the choc chip cookie no longer available at this location??? Within the last month this store has really slacked in performance. What use to be my favorite store is no more. I think you need new management

I usually give you a 4 to 5 star rating as you do an excellent job . However New Year’s Eve I ordered 2 supreme pizzas . Mine is always lightly baked with extra cheese . When I received my pizza it was over baked rubbery . Nothing like the texture it normally is . I’m very disappointed as I order every week and get really good pizzas . My son got the original crust and said his was ok so I don’t know what’s going on. Why can’t we get chip chip cookie anymore???

We spent over $30 on one pizza, super disappointed, cold and undercooked, do better. I’m never ordering from the North Limestone location again, they obviously give 0 F’s.

Cassano's is delicious pizza. This location is very cozy with a great staff.

placed an order (4:58 pm) with Cassanos call center, gave them phone number and address Ridgewood Rd W, Springfield Ohio. They said it would be about 1 1/2 hours! Driver called, they sent him to ridgewood rd e! Wrong address, sandwiches were ice cold! Called to complain and was told all they could do was reorder (and wait another 1 1/2 hours) or credit $10 on an order that cost me $22.98, driver was courteous and apologetic! Placed phone call to manager but of course nobody there to answer! Most inconsiderate restaurant that I have seen in long time! When they said they can’t give full refund because we might have eaten it! Told them to send driver back to pick up ICE COLD steak sandwiches! Said they can’t do that! And I told them that they just tell me to discard items, because they won’t take back food! Nobody has contacted me, prefer e-mail, but if you call leave message and I can call back, though with experience with this place, I won’t hold my breath!

Every time we get a pizza here we ask ourselves why we don't order here every time! Our pepperoni and mushroom pizza was still hot by the time I got home and it was excellent.

Recently moved to Springfield, like to try local pizza places, friend of mine recommended Cassanos. Ordered for pickup med pizza half pep and 7 inch sub. Upon pickup noticed place was a bit untidy, some trash and spill on floor by trash can. Wouldnt take much to clean that up. Staff friendly and OK. Once home, noticed pizza pepperoni was scattered about, much surface area un-pepperonied. Open sub and what a mess. Half sub upside-down, like it was thrown into the box. Top bread nearly uncooked. The sub mass was minimal, almost would call a slider; smallish bread with minimal of each ingredient. Pizza tasted ok, my pizza style, cant say much for sub. Takeaway is food recipe is probably good, but prep and amount of ingredients are lacking.
