Burnt pizza consistently and then you call and they wanna argue lost my buissness for good

When they built the new restaurant we went there couple times in a row and felt a pizza was burnt. We was really craving Cassano's this last couple weeks and we return to order it from the restaurant hoping maybe there was some improvement.... There is a young manager working there and if she makes your pizza it is great I wish I knew her name cuz I would sure give her a shout out. We We now feel confident that if we want Cassano's East main's a place we're going to go!

As a Doordasher, it's understood sometimes an order isn't ready yet. But when it's sitting in the windows while an employee in the kitchen is sitting in a chair, can see me standing there waiting for it, and is just too busy on her phone to be bothered, it's frustrating.

Got it delivered. Was perfect.

I got a pizza and sub both were excellent the service they let me stand at the counter for ten minutes while my food was in the window I was nice but not happy about it but the food was good

My favorite pizza of all time!!

What can you say about Cassanos? They make great pizza. We Like to order the deluxe. I've eaten them since I was a kid at the mall. They are a bit pricey, so it's more of a treat than a habit, but they are well worth it.

This is our go to Friday night pizza place. Have been going for years.

I was hoping to love the food, but Pizza was extremely salty, chicken was under cooked, rubbery and slimy I had to air fry for 20mins once I got home.. customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean
