Friendly staff and yummy food, what's not to like! The deluxe was simply superb!!

My favorite pizza of all time!!

What can you say about Cassanos? They make great pizza. We Like to order the deluxe. I've eaten them since I was a kid at the mall. They are a bit pricey, so it's more of a treat than a habit, but they are well worth it.

This is our go to Friday night pizza place. Have been going for years.

I was hoping to love the food, but Pizza was extremely salty, chicken was under cooked, rubbery and slimy I had to air fry for 20mins once I got home.. customer service was excellent, and the restaurant was very clean

Be careful to review your online delivery orders for being double charged for delivery! I had to call to get it corrected and was told this is known issue from call center. The week before got ripped off for 2 x delivery charge of 4.99 otherwise food was great

Ordered online for pickup (app said 20 minutes). Arrived at the drive thru, the girl said she didn’t have an order for me. I showed her my phone, she magically found the order, and brought out a large pizza and 2 sodas (not my order). She said she thought my order was a different one and that they were making my pizza now. 25 minutes had already passed. I sat at the drive thru window for 20 more minutes with another car behind me. There was no one in sight behind the counter the whole time I sat there. They must’ve all been hiding in the back. I finally rang the bell at the window and a young guy came to the window. I said I was checking on my order and that there were more customers behind me and that the girl never asked me to pull forward or anything. He looks out the window at the other car and says, “it’s alright”, and walked away. By this time the woman behind me was on her way into the store and was understandably heated! I finally got my luke warm, overcooked pizza and went home. I sat down to eat and it was the saltiest thing I’ve ever put in my mouth in my entire life (I ordered light salt). Completely inedible. I called customer service and they transferred me to the district manager and said if she doesn’t answer she’s on another call and she’ll call you right back. LOL, yeah, right. I’m still waiting. I won’t be going back.

Gave 1 star because it’s impossible to give a negative. Haven’t ordered since the brand new store opened on E. Main. Placed an order for a couple subs and a salad to the tune of $28. The 7 inch sub which was way over cooked going by the blackened bread appeared to be made on a hot dog bun. The House salad was nothing more than a $6 bowl of lettuce. Used to be that Cassanos stood for great tasting food of a high quality. So the higher prices were well worth paying. This order was anything but. Would have made more sense to throw $28 out into the street. Congratulations to Cassanos for finally breaking into the ranks of all the other places with their high profile cues, less product, and who cares about the quality?. Once a local icon that stood out above the big corporation guys has joined their fray. I strongly suggest you go to the store and observe how they make their food before you order. I promise you will leave and go somewhere else. So long Cassanos!

Can’t call the phone number they provide online because it’s out of service! Need to fix that ! App doesn’t give you a time frame for pickup and no notification when it’s ready. Girl at the counter seemed to not care at all and said my pizza was still warm then handed me my cold pizza 😂

Got a large pepperoni pizza. It made me severely sick, every thing that was in me came right back out of me that same night.

The employee at the front counter tells me my pizza is in the oven and it will be ready in 8 minutes. Then 20 minutes later my pizza still isn't ready after the little punk employee keeps telling me it's coming out 4 different times. If you go to this Cassanos then you will get robbed of your time. Almost 30 minutes later I finally left and won't ever give Cassanos my business ever again

Does anyone even work here? Was standing at front counter for 10 minutes before some one came from the back.

I use to love cassanos pizza but the last 2x I've had it the crust is like chewing cardboard. It's way overpriced for the quality. It does have quick delivery tho.
