Me and my husband ordered lasagna and waited an hour for it even tho we were told it would only take 25-30 minutes. And then the lasagna was frozen and the breadsticks were burnt. Had to cook It at home. I understand them being busy but they would have had time to cook it before giving it to us.

Been eating here since I was a kid, at least 15 years. Until today when the manager on duty insulted me and then told me he was "too busy" and to call slice and hung up on me. This is after they forgot over half of my order on a delivery. They will never see another dollar from me.

For as many pizzas as they make, they can't seem to have any accuracy to their time estimates. 45-60 minutes turns into 75-90 minutes. 2 minutes turns into 15 minutes and counting. how do you not know if an order is 2 or 15 minutes from being done??it tastes good thoughedited to update after receiving my most recent order: they ignored my request to cut the pizza into triangles, and cut it into ohio squares

Love this place been going since I was a kid but the past year or two has went down hill, every time I order I end waiting in the store usually 30 minutes longer than the time they tell me then they give a barely even baked sub the cheese is never melted and it's half cold. I think they just need some better people working

Subs so large they have to use a rubber band to keep the box closed!! Food is great.
Never had a bad experience or bad food! The pizzas are LOADED with toppings and the breadsticks are always amazing! You can't go wrong with food from Catanzaro Pizza & Subs!
