One of the least satisfying lunches ever. The waitress was nice and efficient but the food ( turkey pot pie soup, pierogies, and wedge salad) left a lot to be desired.

I’ve visited Charlo’s once on a work trip and I have to say I’m looking forward to my next dining experience! In the best way, it’s a no frills, all flavor kind of eatery.

The ingredients are simple, fresh, and thoughtfully paired. The server/hostess was very pleasant and attentive while allowing for a relaxed experience.

I’d say the only request for a solo traveler (and this is a dream, not a must) would be to have a bar where I could enjoy a drink along with the food and the company of others. That would just put this restaurant over the top!

The service was good. She was polite and prompt, paid attention to our needs. Enjoyed the small setting. The food was good, the barbecue ranch might need to be revamped, but all and all I would order again. The other item was the bacon sandwich, it had thick slices of ? prepared on white bread, sweet potato fries were nicely cooked and it came with a garlic blend for dipping. The dipping sauce lacked flavor and should be reevaluated. I still recommend this as a place to try.

Parking: I do know the on street parking is free and if busy, might be difficult to find. Unsure if parking is available behind the business

Wheelchair accessibility: There are ramps and both entrances have automatic door openers.

We enjoyed this spot so well that we visited twice, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both were delicious experiences, but if I was forced to choose I would go back for dinner. A thoughtful wine list, an eclectic menu and good service all came together for a lovely, relaxing experience.

Best 60th birthday I’ve ever had! ?Biking on the Little Miami River trail and lunch for the first time at Charlo’s. The sandwich special was a pizza grilled cheese…OH MY! And they so graciously added in a delicious piece of chocolate cake. Awesome lunch spot and I will be back. Thx Charlo’s.

Wow what a gem. The staff was super kind and food came out quickly. I got the chicken salad sandwich with their house made chips. The sandwich was perfectly flavorful with a nice crunch from the bacon. The chips were awesome too, well seasoned and perfectly cooked! I will be back!
