Love Charlos and food choices. Posting a rebuttal to the comments about the special event held 12-13-25. Breakfast buffet and Santa. Shame on the Grandma who took her grandkids, let them load their plates, and then let the food go to waste, and blame on bad food. Not cool! If food is not good, discuss with management and come to a reasonable resolution. Eyes were watching.!

Was so excited, took the grandbabies to meet Santa and to eat, but none of the food was fully cooked through gravy was like water. The eggs was not done just not good quality food at all and I had to pay $50 for food we didn’t eat.

The bald man up front running the register is very rude, the whole place is just bad vibes. Just a bunch of snob's that think that are better than you.

Very much enjoyed this restaurant. All of the staff were personable and helpful. The restaurant is cute and the food was delicious. I had the shrimp po-boy and very much enjoyed it and the chips that came with it. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

Great food, good prices, and nice place. Seven of us met for our family member's birthday dinner.

I temporarily need to use a knee scooter and it was easy for me to enter. Theres plenty of parking, being attaches to the parking garage. We lucked into a parking spot right in front of the entrance.

Tried a nice new spot for dinner tonight, Charlo's downtown in Springfield. andrew got the steak and lobster gnocchi and I ordered the Tuscan salmon. We both had smoked gouda Mac n cheese. it was delicious! parking garage conveniently located around the corner. Our server Elena was awesome. Great personality and conversationalist. She gave us recommendations and honest opinions about the menu. I can 100% see why her toddler gets upset if she doesn't bring her mac n cheese home. I would be too! Very nice evening, really enjoyed the dinner and service. 💓💓💓💓

i spent 100 bucks and my food was cold and all wrong things missing and orders messed up the owner seemed like a great person he comes to my work alot and it all sounded good but all around i waited 20-30 minutes on the lady to get my food she was standing around talking and i asked nicely was very patient i do not recommend this place i was honestly very excited to try but very disappointed

The food is very good, however, I ordered takeout and I paid for a side of fries and received 11 fries in my order. That seems a little expensive for 11 fries.

After loving an elevated grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch, I had to return for dinner. It did not disappoint. Food is the star, followed closely by friendly service and great vibe. I'm from out of town, but Charlo's will be on my mind the whole way home!
