They are okay with employees working for free and then wont work with you when they owe you hundreds of dollars. Do not work for this company do not support this company, the general manager doesn't care about his employees nor hr.

As soon as we walk through the door it was a bad experience starting with when we started placing our order and asked for three bowls the woman grabbed the containers and smack them down with an attitude she kept scratching her upper body and neck and face with different parts of her arm when it came to the cheese she literally put two teaspoons of cheese on the second bowl and when asked to get a normal amount of cheese she's like we're only allowed to do a pinch at a time and then when told that we would pay for it she scratched her head with her gloved hand and stuck it in the cheese and and spread it over the bowl at that point my brother asked to have his bowl remade and she said what for and he said because you scratched your head with your hand and put it back in the cheese so she threw the ball behind her somewhere hopefully the trash are not the floor but I do mean threw the bowl and started cussing so we said forget this and walked out and went to another location when I tried to call up there is a rerouted me to a call center and then the location we went to next on the South Side of Springfield told us how to get through the phone system to actually talk to the manager and the girl that answered said she was the manager but if she's the manager she is very unprofessional and when told that the woman seemed like she was high the girl told us that we were being inappropriate but she doesn't know that people know all about people being high in some of us actually went to school to be a substance abuse counselor so they were wildly inappropriate and the woman was clearly high on something. Waiting 25 minutes for an order to be prepared is simply unacceptable. This is set up as fast food and it's not fast at all. Very disappointing. You need to get your personnel issues worked out.

We love chipotle, however this location which we have been to multiple times and is horrible. Their service is horrible and it seems like they are always out of food. After all these yrs and as much as we've liked their food in the past, we are done with place. The food is never fresh and the staff acts like it's a problem to do their job.

They were out of chicken. Instead of having it ready we waited in line about 10 min. Then once I am ready to pay the couple before me wanted to pay with points but couldn't find her points. So the lady at the register decided to come around the counter and work on their phone. My food was getting cold and it was backing up the line again. So she had to get a manager and she tried to so it was a long wait . At least 15 to 20 minutes. Then as she rings me up and I ask for a small drink she tells me there is no ice . This was a terrible experience.
