I would not give this place even 1 star the manager in the pm is horrible to paying customers my order was messed up I asked for my food to be fixed which they would not due to it being a online order for myself and my family I offered to pay for the extra steak that was spos to be on the burrito and they manager told me I can order a side of it would not put it on the burrito after I paid for my food already or I have to buy a new burrito I ask it was not opened and I just asking for it to be fixed so after talking to the manager who said I was unreasonable for request this I went and stood in line for the extra steak and than the manager must had some feeling about this told me to leave the store I said I was waiting in line to order more steak for my burrito that they would not fix so after he said he call some on hire in the food chain I flipped out after he just yelled at me infornt of the staff and other customers do your self a favor dont go to this place go to Southlimstone they fixed my food for me after all this crap with this manager some people shouldn't be in management

I used to live here and the chipotle was very good a long time ago then went downhill very bad before I left town 4 years ago. Decided to go tonight and spent $12 for the quesadilla (with barbacoa) and it was absolutely loaded and tasted good. $12 for a huge quesadilla with sour cream, beans, rice, and the adobo ranch is actually a great deal.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to. They have a nice scam going of not accepting walk-in orders at peak times and forcing you to order online. This allows them to completely rip you off, then they claim they can't refund you or fix your order because it was placed online, and you have to contact corporate for a refund or place a second order. Total joke. We ordered two bowls the same way with double rice, sofritos, beans, double fajita veggies, double salsa, double corn, and single mild sauce. We got half scoops (at most) of everything, not even normal portions, and it was swimming in tons of hot sauce. These were the smallest bowls I've ever got in my life. Also ordered chips and 2 tortillas on the side, which, of course, they didn't include. Avoid this location at all costs...

Also had 2 chunks of unwanted steak in one of our bowls... 🙄

Always out of chips but won’t tell you until you get all your food and ready to cash out and tables are never cleaned off.
