Sunday night 9:00pmwe went to get food in bittu chipotle restaurant before we order at 9 o’clock this is we don’t have fajita we don’t have cheese we don’t have guacamole we don’t have cream cheese and we don’t have white rice restaurant close at 11 o’clock. I told them straight if you don’t have food why are you guys open at 9 o’clock and I asked them corporate office number and they said we don’t have corporate office. It’s the same for that kind of business. I’m very disappointed.even my dog not like

Very upset. They were out of chips but were giving them to online orders. I suggested next time that they either tell people or put a sign on the door. I really resent standing in line, only to find out at the register that they are out of chips.They are always running out of stuff.

Last time we went, they had a long list of items that they were out of. I don't see this with many other restaurant chains.
Would of gave 0 Stars if possible. 2nd time this has happened, drive 20 min. Friday at 645pm and they are out of brown rice, fajitas, queso, guac, corn salsa and only accepting cash. Out of product not replacing it. It's dinner time cook and refill your product'

Order was supposed to be ready at 630 didn't get food till 644 multiple people madr orders in side before my food was ready pick up chick asked my name 3 times and thought I was a different person everytime she asked. so she's probably high then when I got my food it was cold like it was ready the whole time and was in the back getting cold.

Me and a friend visited this Chipotle. Chipotle is one of my top choices when eating out locally. This was the 1st time I visited the Springfield location. I ordered the chicken rice bowl. This Chipotle location has the best chicken over all the locations I've visited. I am impressed. The chicken was cooked to perfection. It was tender and delicious!! I also ordered guacamole and chips. They were also good. The restaurant was clean too. That's a huge plus for me. I'll visit this one again.
