Had a pick up order. My (brown) rice was dry, seemed old. They forgot my veggies and salsa so I arrived home to dry rice with meat and cheese that looked like it had been sitting forever. I think I got someone else's order. Huge disappointment. This is at least the second time we've ordered to go and had to either go back or didn't want to waste our time. (We live about 8 mins away.) I probably won't visit this loca again.

Never ready or have anything made in time. Constantly turn people away during open hours. Food is fine service is horrendous.

Placed an order through app at 6:15, arrived at 6:20, stayed 25 min in front of pickup window. There was 5-8 cars behind me. Order haven't been begun to be prepared before 6:30.
What the reason for app if you don't train your employees how order of preparing should be(which should be comon sense)
0 respect for customers, haven't even apologized for long delay, employees haven't said a word and was looking at me like I'm the reason for all her problems

So thought I would try ordering online here after a few years and first, the order took an hour to get delivered 10 min away. Then, I received a bowl vs the burrito that I ordered. I called and complained and they refunded the cost of the burrito, 13 bucks but the order cost 23 bucks. I tipped the driver 10 bucks but that wasn't part of the order. I'll never do that again. The only place that can handle delivering food is Domino's, unfortunately.

If you wnat to go restroom them go 2-3 mins early as door are locked with number code and have to ask to cashier and for that yi uhave to wait for 2-3 mins

This is the best Chipotle in Springfield, don’t even bother visiting the one on Bechtle. I order through the app for points (you’re dumb if you don’t lol) and pick up using the Chipotlane. The food is always fresh and my order is always accurate. This location actually gives you a decent scoop of meat.

Majority of these low star ratings must be whiny little people. they don’t say anything at the store they just go home and cry while they type on here. Anyways this is a great Chipotle. I go here so much the drive thru girl doesn’t even ask the name on my order anymore lol.
