I received a phone call from my college student daughter that an amount of $46 was charged to her card unintentionally. She caught this only after the transaction went through. Upon further review of the incident, the cashier determined that she was charged for the previous patron’s order. However, when she attempted to resolve this with the store manager, she was only credited $33 by the manager who shared that was all they could do.

Our daughter called us all upset. She hates confrontation and it’s hard not to believe others didn’t take advantage of the situation. This is deeply disappointing.

We went here for lunch today. We left before ordering!! This place was disgusting on the inside. Food all over the serving area, food all over the employees clothes. The dining area was dirty dirty, looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in forever.

This chipotle wasn't too bad... seems Mount Vernon has the best Chipotle. pataskala was pretty bad meat wise. This one is ok but still not as good as Vernon

I waited for over an hour to get a delivery because the store was way behind. When you go to call and ask on a time frame you can’t even get through to a person. If you’re ok with waiting the its food.

Walked into this establishment and was completely stunned on how dirty the entire dining room was,,, counter and tables absolutely disgusting… The manager should be fired cause THEY ARE NOT DOING THERE JOB!!!!

I love a chipotle but the line took forever. Severely understaffed. The chips are like 3-4 days old stale. The staff was really kind and clearly hustling, but they definitely needed more support.

They did hook us up with really full burrito bowls though

The store is extremely dirty. Poorly managed outfit. I was scared to order the guacamole the place was that dirty. I only ordered food that had been heated.
