Crazy slow, feels like this location is perpetually understaffed. Went 11/04/2024 at noon, and had only 1 person doing both orders and cash register. For the lunch rush. Maybe 4 employees total in the building. This experience is pretty normal. If you're going to charge me $11+ for a bowl, at least pay your employees well and hire more so I'm not waiting 30 minutes for 1 person to serve 40 people. I feel bad for the people I see there most times I go for lunch. Have some pride in your restaurant and get these people some help.

Have a 4-year-old grandson having to go to a bathroom they told us we needed the code off our receipt before we even ordered our food that is just a piss piss of management

Pre ordered food at around 9:00, saying it would be down around 9:10. Get there and wait in line as the front car was waiting for around ten minutes and then left. Pulled up and confirmed our order. Just to wait until 9:25 for an employee to say they were waiting on the steak to which should be 2-3 minutes. Just to finally get the food at 9:40 and for it to be wrong.

Assembly line is a mess with food all over the place. Dining room tables need a good cleaning. Bathrooms need clean and restocked. But my main complaint is the bathrooms this location has keypad locks on the bathroom doors. No other lock on the inside to prevent someone else from just coming. Anyone with a code for access which is listed on the receipt can get in. This is the dumbest and most unsafe way to prevent non-customers from using the restrooms. What if a kid is using the restroom and an adult just walks in on them. Whoever dumb ideal this is should be fired and this location should be closed.

This chipotle does a great job. Adam, not sure what you're complaining about your picture shows 2 people behind the counter, not 10. Also, the person who complained about the "quac" should try spelling correctly before leaving a review. This chipotle is solid.
