I take my grandson in there and we have a great time. They are helpful when I need assistance. I wished they would bring the ball machine back because the kids always liked taking them home. I do think for $11 for a salad bar they should keep it full and fresh. And there not good about wiping off pop machine area or tables sometimes. But I like the girls who work the register and usually our food is goid

If I could leave -5 I would. I had my autistic daughter there for a birthday party 6/22/25 and my daughter(6) was on her way to get me to go potty. She didn't make it and diarrhea went everywhere. We're standing there yelling for help and no workers to be found. Once 2 female workers came up they seen a small part of the mess, the dark hair employee pointed and laughed, got the attention of the other worker so she looked at it and they laughed together. They didn't know I was standing there and I confronted them. They then went to the back and hid leaving me and my daughter there with no help or cleaning supplies. I will be calling corporate.

I went to chuck e cheese’s for my birthday April 7 2025 I forget to write it because I was lazy to write it.
There were lack of games to play and less amount of tickets and I get whistle and a small butterfly eraser that’s the only items I could afford with my ticket amount.
The food prices were stupid expensive I paid almost 20 dollars for a medium whole pizza but the pizza was good but chuck e cheese’s you need to make your food prices fair for the amount of food and the high amounts of ticket jackpots on games at least 300 tickets minimum for the jackpots on games
I’m never coming back to this place again because lack of games and food prices that are not fair and the atmosphere looks boring, bring back the old style chuck e cheese’s please and I’ll come back their if the old style chuck e cheese is back!!!!

They have a trampoline there but you have to pay extra for it. The kids want to keep going in and get kicked out. I think it should be either free when you have a card or let kids swipe and pay for like ten minutes

The people who were there was great but I have a problem. If u pay this kind of money to get in here it should include everything and Chuckecheese should be walking around here ALL the time. When we were here it came out for not even 5 minutes to dance with kids. My grandson waited just for him to come back out which he never did. U also have to pay another $10 to get on the trampoline. R u kidding me? That ought to be included with the prices of this stuff. I will probably try to find somewhere else to take my kids for entertainment for a lot less money
