Cold Stone Creamery

I went to Tim Hortons and was very disappointed. They had no bakery products and even served me the wrong coffee after waiting 11 minutes!

Terrible the drive thru took 27 minutes for a cup of coffee

It was horrible. I ordered a #1 lunch combo. I get to the window and they inform me they dont have the bread it is made with. So I asked them to put it on a bagel. He comes back and said they are out of chips, do I want a donut. I asked for a blueberry one he said they have a lemon poppyseed muffin. So I take that. He tells me my total. It was a dollar more than the combo price on the menu. When I questioned him he said because I got a coke. He said the combo comes with coffee. I said forgive me the coffee it comes with. He said instead of the coke? I said you charged me for the coke and said the coffee is part of the combo, so I want the coffee too. Boy was he cofused... so I didnt get the right bread or chips. I got a muffin instead of a donut and got charged fo 2 drinks and got one.

No longer serving at this location the signs have not been removed disappointing but understandable I suppose

Hygiene is very important. Shouldn't keep touching and stroking hair then not wash hands and put on gloves and handle food.

We wanted ice cream, so we stopped into this Cold Stone on N. Limestone St. We walked up to the area where the ice cream is located and immediately noticed that many flavors were missing and what was left was very scarce. There weren't enough flavors left to create the signature flavors (the majority of them). We had to substitute ice cream flavors to create the "signature flavors" that we wanted. For instance, they were out of the flavor birthday cake, so I had to use cookie dough to make the birthday cake remix.As we approached the counter to pay, we noticed how filthy the restaurant was. Something had spilled in the kitchen and ran/splashed all over everything within about 5 feet of it. On the other side of the kitchen there were several pair of used gloves on the kitchen floor. Then there was the dining room. There was food on the tables, chairs and covering the floor.The employee also didn't clean the prep area between changing ice cream in between customers. My husband had my ice cream and toppings mixed in with his, because the station wasn't cleaned.

Great ice cream of course but the selection was a little weak. The workers weren't even sure what product they had.I didn't see but maybe one specialty flavor.One of the employees was struggling with confidence (2 customers, 3 employees)?1st day maybe?

Loved it and fast service

The Cold Stone Creamery has a delicious array of ice cream to die for. You may as well put your diet in hiatus because this is a "I can't stop eating" this ice cream experience. Any way, any flavor, any size can be enjoyed at this Springfield location. Don't pass it up!

AMAZING. I wanted to get the Apple Pie creation, but unfortunately, they couldn't find a can opener to get the filling. Then I asked for a Brownie Cookie Dough creation and they had no more cookie dough. But they were so apologetic about it and let me choose what I wanted in it for the same price. 10/10 would go back.

Very good ice cream

There were 4 people working the one clerk work on the ice cream part I wanted a sandwich so I waited for 6 min before anyone waited on me she saw me waiting just ignore me the one who help my granson with the ice cream waited on me.

Go to another location! They give smaller portions than other branches, and they refuse to take Cold Stone gift cards. They say the machine has been down, but it hasn't worked in about 6 months! It is ridiculous that they will not take their own gift cards!
