I need a Manger to speak to I can’t call and talk to anyone because whoever works the phone puts my on hold and then keeps hanging up because I said something about them being very rude while taking my order so they decided to banned me and now I can’t speak to anyone higher this store is a joke I have never in my life had somewhere be so disrespectful

I like to know why the Springfield store was trying to charge us yesterday the 30th 12.99 for delivery when it's said only 7.99. we didn't pay the 12.99 either. They delivered our food and gave us money back I thank the manager for that at the Springfield Store. There is no way delivery of pizza is no 12.99 that's not what it says when you pay for your food it says 7.99. and you need to get the delivery charge correct at the Springfield store. Suppose to be 7.99 not no 12.99 to deliver food. we live in good neighborhood.

Came here for a pizza at 1am and it was really delicious. The staff was friendly and the pizza was cooked quickly. I really enjoyed the sauce and the crust was cooked well. A little bit of chili flakes and it was perfect. There’s one table with seating.

First time ordering take out. I work 2nd shift and they were one of the few places still open and from the sign on the door that would be until 3AM. I chose to build my own pizza with pepperoni and mushroom. I was very pleased with the quality and flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend Cousin Vinny’s for sure!

Recently realized the last 2 times i have ordered from here they have double charged my card. Then can get no call back or anything when i have tried to ck tact corporate or a manager. Ghetto service from the ghetto pizza shop.

Terrible experience brownie crumbled when I got it hair in pizza ate two slices told me was not 75%extremely rude to me pizza arrived cold and all ridiculous I work to hard to buy meal we didn't e a t she hurt my feelings

Their service sucks. I’ve ordered over probably five times in a row with my card. They won’t accept it and then they tell me they won’t accept my delivery cash mind you the only reason anyone eats this place is because they’re open time and delivery time is at like 3+ in the morning😂😂. This is multiple times with this company. It happens all the time it’s been going downhill for years.
