1st time ordering from Vinnys Pizza. We picked up our pizza and chicken wings. Food was hot and fresh :) There was a little confusion as to what the " sweet sauce" was and I got icing LOL...overall a great experience with tasty food :)Will definitely order again !

So my wife and I have not ordered anything from here for well over a year and when at the old location. We ordered the chicken bacon ranch, cheese breadsticks, and a disappointing brownie and what we thought was a pepperoni pizza however arrived only as a cheese. The confusion was that on the Doordash app it shows pepperoni on it however it is not it's a 2.40 extra charge for pepperoni and if not checked its only a cheese. For the price it was disappointing. Brownie was over cooked and when we asked for cheese dip someone had it in the middle of the brownie.... we are indifferent as to ordering from here again.
Staff is super friendly. Loved the pizza and atmosphere! Got my pizza in a timely manner. The new management is doing a great job!

Great food for the cost. Employees are kind and got my order correct. Typical wait times but the food is always warm and fresh. Our delivery driver Ali was really nice and made sure our food got to us in perfect condition. Will definitely be a regular customer here!

Great food, caring staff and they finally have an owner in this location that is committed to the community and helping others. It is unfortunate that there are a small minority of classless people who tried to smear the good name of a very nice man, because he stood up to someone who threatened his staff with physical violence (after ordering food and refusing to pay for it not once, but twice). And then this neer do well then enlisted his neer do well friends to leave fake reviews in an attempt to hurt his business. Alas, that is the reality of the social media dominated society we now live in. In any event, consider the source when reading some of the drivel spewed by the dregs of our city. Springfield finally has a business owner that cares and gives back, I would humbly ask that you support his efforts to bring class, love and great pizza to you!
