Disappointing that there doing away with the old time feel , too modernized , that’s why I go there and the food. Will not return!!!

I use the curbside pickup for my order. It was to be ready at 3:57. I got there and checked in and it said that my order would be right out. At 4:15. I went in to check on my order. The girl had an attitude and said well. I guess I will go check and see about it. She brought it out. When I got in the car I checked to make sure my order was correct and it was. However, it was cold. Was not a very good experience.

It’s been awhile since I had stopped at Cracker Barrel and was pleasantly surprised by the updated menu. I had the fried chicken salad and it was excellent! I highly recommend that you revisit if you haven’t been in for sometime. It’s like going home to a remodeled kitchen. Same friendly people, great service and surprising menu with the old family favorites still available.

Food was cold. Sent back sides and toast. Came out and was still cold
Didn't hv soup and waitress didn't offer alternatives. No manager present doing touch tables. Took food home to rehearsal and eat. Very disappointed

Had the Thursday special Turkey and dressing. Turkey was dry and dressing tasted funny. Bob Evan’s Turkey is better

Avowed food snob here but the blueberry pancakes were darned good. Our server had every table in the room it seemed but she was delightful.

I had the new item Oreo stuffed cheesecake filled pancakes, while they were good they can’t beat their strawberry stuffed cheesecake filled pancakes

We got two orders of steak and eggs. Ordered both medium rare. One was so undercooked my eggs turned pink. The other was well done, to tough to chew. Very disappointed with our meal.

Waited on food to long. Meal wasn't right. Potatoes cold. Carrots were cold and no flavor. Asked 3 times for our bread and waitress kept saying it was coming out of the oven. People around us were getting bread. No refill on water.

We have been disappointed in the removal of some items from the menu. Most significantly the lack of variety in the soups. The beef noodle soup was a favorite!
