We really enjoyed the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza but the Diavola was not very good. Really good gluten free crust!

I ordered two large pizzas they gave me mediums and lied to me I have a picture of a big box next to the small box they refuse to make correct unless I bring the pizzas. So here I go taking the pizzas back leaving my children without dinner just to get my money back

Literally might be the worst tasting pizza I’ve ever had. But aside from that, the pizza was a size smaller than what I ordered and only had cheese on half of it. The cheese sticks were hard and didn’t come with the marinara. Truly pathetic experience.

I ordered delivery from Crust & Company directly from their website. The order was delivered but missing an item.I called to see if I could just be refunded for the item and the girl on the phone told me that my order was run through the DoorDash system and I should call them for a refund. I did not order through DoorDash and did not have any order number through DoorDash, so I called the restaurant back to ask if they could just deliver the missing item instead of a refund. She declined again, claiming to be the manager (she was not), and not offering any solution for the problem. She even said that she would not refund an order if the DoorDash driver stole my food; that it was not her problem.I finally just went down to the restaurant to collect my missing item and the employees continued to be incredibly rude and combative. They took over 10 minutes to provide me with the item I had already paid for. I would not recommend.

My family gets a crust and company pizza once a week. Usually they are pretty solid, but today we ordered an extra large margherita and it is way small and lopsided and missing the basil. Check out the photo. It looks sad. Also no reduction in price. I even feel the cheese is sparse… Seriously rethinking our weekly pizza spot. Check your pizza before you leave.

I always use DoorDash so I’m unsure of atmosphere. I’m a city girl new to the area. This is the only pizza tastes like my fav back home. They also cut it like a pizza pie. What is up with the squares around a here?! You shouldn’t have to stick your thumb in the cheese. That’s why we need a crust, a handle.

When answering the phone the people aren't very personable ( they sound like they don't want to be there) this is of course after trying 3 times. For the price of the pizza I would expect better but the thing is sometimes it is and sometimes it is not... Very inconsistent. I would say give them a try but not sure if you will catch them on a good night or not. Best just to make your own at home.
