My family loves to get their chocolate milkshake. This particular day, we decided to get milkshakes and small cones! They were amazing and the staff was very friendly.

We got a large shake, 2 dilly bars and a brownie cupfection. $40???? And didn’t even give a receipt? The girl who told us our total can’t speak English properly so we didn’t know what she said. Extremely weird.

I ordered a blizzard and it was given to the vehicle in front of me, passed to the rear passenger and then back to the driver. When the employee came back to the car the driver handed the blizzard back to the employee. When I pulled up the employee handed me the blizzard and I told him if that was the same blizzard he handed to the car in front of me that I didn't want it.I wanted a new blizzard. WHAT A CHANGE OF ATTITUDE HANDED ME A NEW BLIZZARD NI FLIP AND SHUT THE WINDOW WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I’m very disappointed in DQ. The last time I came they gave me a melted cherry dip cone that had the syrup all over the cone. She wrapped napkins around it so they were a sticky mess. Today my dip cone was made right but the nachos I ordered were awful. The chips were stale and the cheese looked like something they scraped out of a can. It wasn’t melted at all. The service here at DQ definitely sucks! It’s too expensive to not get your food made right.

Was going to charge me $7.99 for a peanut buster parfait and it was smaller than ones from other DQ That’s definitely not Ohio prices will not go back to this one

Good overall went through the drive thru and it moved very quickly. Can't go wrong with ice-cream.

I got a medium size Oreo blizzard for 7 dollars and mini size strawberry cheesecake blizzard for 5 dollars it was good and my mom paid 12 dollars for it and it the prices were little not fair but it’s good I’ll come back there again some other day

Horrible service and rude. Poor quality and tossed in bag falling out of containers. Ice cream had barely anything mixed in.

Went through the drive-thru just a few at around 8pm. I was unaware they closed at 8. Unfortunately I had my daughter who is indecisive. I asked for a moment, the person on the speaker asked if I was going to take a prolonged amount of time in less than 20secs. I got to the window and to not my surprise was someone that looked like she hated her job and hated I was even there. Did not greet me simply gave me my total, I asked for a carrier and lids please. She then shut the window and came back, I handed her my card she handed me the carrier of 3 blizzards without the lids and says have a good day and slams the window.
LMAO I could have went down the street to other places like Steak and Shake as well as Chick Fil A. I can spend my money at numerous spots. When you spend money especially right now you don't expect to get treated like garbage....I would like to think that everyone working their would love to have customers cause it means u have a job and u are getting paid but some people don't feel like that. I also suspect if I called the store I would receive the same culture as this starts at management and leaks down. This is a poorly ran store. I most likely will not be back this has got to be the worst I have ever been treated while giving people money.
Update. They will literally ask you to reach out to no one. I have not had a follow up. This is all for show.
