I ordered a blizzard and it was given to the vehicle in front of me, passed to the rear passenger and then back to the driver. When the employee came back to the car the driver handed the blizzard back to the employee. When I pulled up the employee handed me the blizzard and I told him if that was the same blizzard he handed to the car in front of me that I didn't want it.I wanted a new blizzard. WHAT A CHANGE OF ATTITUDE HANDED ME A NEW BLIZZARD NI FLIP AND SHUT THE WINDOW WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I’m very disappointed in DQ. The last time I came they gave me a melted cherry dip cone that had the syrup all over the cone. She wrapped napkins around it so they were a sticky mess. Today my dip cone was made right but the nachos I ordered were awful. The chips were stale and the cheese looked like something they scraped out of a can. It wasn’t melted at all. The service here at DQ definitely sucks! It’s too expensive to not get your food made right.

I got a medium size Oreo blizzard for 7 dollars and mini size strawberry cheesecake blizzard for 5 dollars it was good and my mom paid 12 dollars for it and it the prices were little not fair but it’s good I’ll come back there again some other day

Horrible service and rude. Poor quality and tossed in bag falling out of containers. Ice cream had barely anything mixed in.

Went through the drive-thru just a few at around 8pm. I was unaware they closed at 8. Unfortunately I had my daughter who is indecisive. I asked for a moment, the person on the speaker asked if I was going to take a prolonged amount of time in less than 20secs. I got to the window and to not my surprise was someone that looked like she hated her job and hated I was even there. Did not greet me simply gave me my total, I asked for a carrier and lids please. She then shut the window and came back, I handed her my card she handed me the carrier of 3 blizzards without the lids and says have a good day and slams the window.
LMAO I could have went down the street to other places like Steak and Shake as well as Chick Fil A. I can spend my money at numerous spots. When you spend money especially right now you don't expect to get treated like garbage....I would like to think that everyone working their would love to have customers cause it means u have a job and u are getting paid but some people don't feel like that. I also suspect if I called the store I would receive the same culture as this starts at management and leaks down. This is a poorly ran store. I most likely will not be back this has got to be the worst I have ever been treated while giving people money.
Update. They will literally ask you to reach out to no one. I have not had a follow up. This is all for show.

Employees seemed scatterbrained. One employee came to work and he was really happy but raising his voice to loudly. Not a great selection on food items.
We had a pretty terrible experience here. Order wasn't made properly, get the blizzard back and it was basically a $6 cup of chocolate ice cream, no toppings. The lobby was closed despite a sign stating they are open until 8pm, we went at 2pm. I wanted a refund and had to wait in the drive thru line. Once we got to the window we received the rudest refund from the man at the window. We will NOT be returning to this DQ.

My wife and I went through the drive through. We ordered two of the summer special blizzards and received essentially vanilla ice cream. The weed smell coming out of the window was incredibly strong. I know it’s legal in Ohio now, but when you’re too baked to do your job, there’s a problem. They also tried to give me the wrong order first anyway. It’s only ice cream but this was one of the dumbest experiences ever.
