Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Visited this location and was unaware we could not go in to order. The door was unlocked for Door Dash and they said there was a sign which we missed saying the inside was closed. I was confused and unaware of what was happening until this angry, raging employee started yelling that we needed to get out. My party was trying to understand what was going on as she continued to yell and berate us for having the audacity to enter in the first place. A simple hey folks sorry the inside isn’t open to the public we’d be happy to serve you in the drive thru would have been the polite professional way to handle the situation not the rude demeaning shrill attack we received. Totally unnecessary behavior.

Didn't even order food. Woman, not sure if she was a manager or what, but was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! Saying they're closed, with absolutely no indication of such, yet the door was unlocked with a big OPEN sign in the window. Nice way to treat out of towners. Took our business elsewhere. If I could give a 0 star, I would.

I would give zero stars if I could. I absolutely will not be back. I could cry thinking about the way the woman working here (Brunette woman in her 50’s) treated my mother and I. Zero customer service. Worse than just bad customer service, the associate was the meanest, rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life.

The Dairy Queen on Home Rd is the only Dairy Queen around including Columbus that charges $11.19 for a four piece chicken strip basket that comes with half a piece of bread and a regular fry. All the other ones charge $7.99 or less. I don't know why they think they have to charge so much money, they just lost a customer. The worst part is I didn't see the deals they had until after I had paid, yet the person cashing me out never said anything about the deal they had for $7 that would have gotten three chicken strips, a small fry, a drink, and a sundae, so I paid $11.19 for four strips and a small fry. Whoever is in charge of pricing over there should be ashamed of themselves. They're stealing from the American consumer.

I had a small miscommunication with a food order and all of the ladies there were so kind and willing to help me! The manager prioritizes reoccurring customers and it is clear that she creates a positive environment for her staff! So thankful to still have a business that cares about their customers in Springfield!
