At 3: 40 we pulled in. Not a car parked or in the drive thru. Was asked to wait a moment to place order.3: 43 STILL NO ONE HAS ACTUALLY TAKEN OUR ORDER.WE LEFT BECAUSE THEY MUST NOT HAVE WANTED OUR MONEY.Some places don't realize the customer is the reason they have a job.

Tight drive up window. We were there for a quick predictable burger and shake on our commute back to Urbana. It filled the bill

I placed an order on the app for a drive through pick up. They told me that I needed to come in the store to pick up my blizzard. I have two toddlers and wasn’t about to drag them in. They told me we could sit there at the drive through menu. I sat there for a couple minutes before they walked out of the building to direct other cars to drive around me to the window. I then pulled up to the pay window. Then they handed me my order. No where in the app or drive through window stated that I need to pick up inside.

The girls working didn’t seem too happy to be working not one smile from 1st or 2nd window employees. I had a 45$ order. The coney dogs were so salty no one could stomach to eat them after the first bite, the sauce was so dark like it had been sitting and the hot dogs themselves were dry an wrinkled, I didn’t bring it to staff attention bc they already seemed so rude and I didn’t want to make them any more irritated. (I was the only car in line) the ice cream was good but the food an service was really really bad. I wouldn’t recommend. I use to love DQ growing up and was excited to take my kids there but unfortunately it was very disappointing ?

It's a great place but the manger has attitude when I was ordering I didn't hear say 2 brownies and Oreo cupfiction because the guy behind me had he's radio up so I didn't hear say two but I got my money back from the second

While this location is small compared to others, it has a lot to offer. That explains why the drive thru is always lined around to the street. Because it is small, I think many fail to realize that they actually have indoor seating. My wife &I sat inside and enjoyed our coney dogs, Fries, and drinks and Topped it off with some sundaes. Food was portioned and prepared perfectly by a crew that was friendly while being super busy. While they have a busy drive thru, stop in some time, sit down, and actually enjoy a meal!
