while i was there to pick up my online order an hour later it still wasnt ready. they were super busy and that was understandable but the manager that was constantly yelling at the young man boxing the pizzas as fast as he could and telling him over and over dont mess up my orders was ridiculous. he was one person boxing food for 2 drivers and 5 preps

Ordered Emergency Pizza. App said it was done but wasn't even started. No one was answering phones or waiting on customers. But there were 6 employees plus delivery drivers coming and going and not one was working. Took another 45 minutes to get one 14" two item pizza.

Best and fastest pizza chain around. Beats Donatos price, quality and timing, EVERY TIME! I ordered THREE pizzas on the app which is So easy at 5:01 pm and the pizza arrived at 5:14 at my doorstep! The workers here rock!

Oh I always get the specialty chicken with jalapenos and pineapples and I like to add banana peppers so delicious
Had to wait 2 hours for cold food and the manger Tyler rude has no customer service communication and hangs up when you ask for the hire up’s number.

Great food and the manager offered to get us the best deal ! I am a sales consultant at Jeff Wyler Chevrolet Springfield and I take customer service seriously and they did a great job ! Will recommend all customers and talk my boss into buying here for lunch on Saturdays!!

I never have any issues with my food not being correct, it's always on time and taste great. I will also add I always have the best delivery guy, his name is Blair, always polite and he makes sure you have napkins, silverware if needed. So to Blairs manager if your reading this you have an excellent employee and he needs a raise
