The only reason I gave 1 star is because I can't give zero. Mostly my compliant is about service. Ordered a pizza for my bfs daughter to be delivered. Said 45 minutes. After almost an hour, no pizza. He called to find out what was going on because his card was charged and the person hung up on him and continued to hang up on him every time he called back. He never even raised his voice. He decided to go to the store to talk to someone in person.

Ordered a pizza and waited for 90 minutes, called and Manager had no record of order being placed but they remember the call, manager couldnt talk because her stress level was to high frow being rude, can't except constructive criticism at all! She handed our call over to original guy that took order. Well we re-ordered and let's see if we gat it ..

We order from this store very frequently. Almost every time something is wrong with our order. We ordered on a Sat night for carry out and if course something was wrong with our order. I tried to call the store to get it fixed and no one answered the phone and it was well within the stores posted open hrs. To the mgr at this store.....your customers pay your pay check, you should start making them priory! I would suggest finding another job or do the one you have right!!!!
