Solid customer service seems to be rare these days. So when you have an overwhelmingly positive experience, it stands out.This Domino’s stands out.The employees at this location are stand up people who care about their customers not just as “people who buy pizza,” but as fellow human beings.I’m not a huge fan of the food (we went because it’s my son’s birthday…his request), but now I want to like their food because of the staff. There was a mix up with our order’s time and they worked hard not only to remedy the problem, but to make sure that it didn’t mess up my son’s bday.I didn’t catch their names, but I’m using a photo of my receipt so that management or corporate can see the time stamp and see who was working. They all deserve a raise.

The past few orders I’ve received have not been right I even call and tell them how I want my wings I always say run them through the oven twice and they don’t they throw the chewy dissatisfying a$$ wings in the box as If I won’t notice I will be calling corporate

Ordered extra cheese and peparoni, and this is what I get. I let it slide 1st time 2ND time no . Get a ceasar salad. I am in a motel specifically highlighted in address and get no utensils to eat it with. No wonder this place has bad

9/22/23: The S. Limestone Dominos is very consistent when it comes to the freshness of their food. If you order from here, I do suggest doing pick up. Delivery can sometimes take a decent amount of time, and they can miss things every one in a while [ex: sauce cup or drink] . This place has great customer service. If something is wrong they are very graceful and will make sure it's right. I definitely recommend coming here! Dont knock it till ya try it :D

Went to call and no answer! Then went to store and they had doors lock told me to go through drive threw then to tell me I can’t order through window but they don’t wanna answer their phone! Wowww. I called back and tried to talk to a “manager” named Trent as I leave and they are extremely rude at the window to me tell me that they can’t get me to a gm because he’s busy dealing with the “phone girl” because she’s hurt and still wouldn’t give me the gm when I asked multiple times for him then proceeds to tell me that he would love to help me but they are closed. Even though It was 12:45 and it states online and on their sign open till 1:30am! Will not be back to this store or will I order from this store! Better business bureau is getting called!!!! SMH worse dominos I’ve EVER BEEN TO! And I even worked at a dominos and it was bad but not that bad!

They wouldn't let me go inside to pick up my pizza. Then I had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes just so I could pick up my pizza they put the wrong toppings on. Then I waited another 10 minutes for them to remake one of my pizzas they messed up.

I've gotten pizza from this store twice recently and this store definitely needs new ovens. Quality was bad and cold each time and I live Less than a mile from the store.

This was my first time at this location. Online I'm not even sure if there's was a drive thru option but I choose pickup and declined curbside delivery. So when I arrive I expect to go in and pick up my food but instead I'm greeted with a locked door and broken doorbell. When I finally knock they direct me to the drive thru which dumps you into a pot hole ridden alley. This isn't late at night, broad daylight decent hour. They could put up a sign letting people know, take pickup off the options, invest in fixing the alley so that cars aren't torn up especially in the dark. The pizza was fine or there would be less stars.
