Mostly order delivery and today was no different in that regard. An Hour after I placed an order, when I called the girl said orders were up to two hours behind, apologized and said my order had just went in the oven. Another hour later, the manager answered and had no record of my order being placed.Horrible experience! Don't waste your time or money!

I'm sad my sub bun is so hard I can't bite it and my cheese is burnt black no pizza sauce. I even tipped when I ordered. I go here all the time. They must have new people working. I'm sad and hungry.

Always delicious an on time with the orders especially picking up. Great night crew an manager. Keep up the great work!!!Dietary restrictions: If you can't eat pizza sauce the ranch is great with the chicken green pepper and onion.Parking: Parking is not bad plenty of space for a good 10 cars.

Delivery charge makes me want to forget about ? pizza.the pizza place isn't paying for gas,the driver is.they should get a tip, and forget delivery charge.

Customer service is terrible and they get upset with you when you call because your order isn’t right , then when you say something rude back they want to threaten to ban you. If you give respect you’ll get respect. If you make orders right then there wouldn’t be any complaints, This place used to be good! ?

I haven't ordered from Dominos for a long time , I went to the Delaware ohio store on Williams street. I called and ordered an Italian sub and a thick crust large pepperoni pizza. when I arrived for pickup there was no order for me, a very nice lady sent the order thru again and apologized, she said she would push it thru and have it in about ten minutes. I went to my car and shortly I had it brought to my car , I couldn't have asked for better service. When I got home the sub bun was very hard and there was almost no meat , no cheese at all, there was a dried up piece of onion and banana pepper with little or no sauce, worst sub I can remember getting. the pizza looked ok with very little pepperoni sauce or cheese, once again not a good pizza. I just ordered a med ham pizza. And a strak hoagie and the sandwich was supposed to be no pizza sauce and of course there was and the sandwich was cooked so long you cant chew the sandwich never again...Home road your done with me

Placed my order online,One hour in advance, arrived to pick up,was told " your order is in the oven,it will be a couple minutes" I waited 5 minutes and asked again for my order, this time I was told it was JUST going IN oven!! I told them to cancel my order,I will never order Dominos again!

Paid 35$ for 3 subs and 2 sides of bread,and none of the subs had cheese they were made wrong,and the bread on the subs,and knots& twists were way too hard to eat waited on hold for 40 minutes and no one answered. (EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER CARE)
