We are in with a group of adults with disabilities. The staff were helpful, patient, and welcoming! The pizza took only 15 minutes to make and came out hot and perfectly cooked. We had an excellent experience and will be back again!

I had came to pick up our pick up order later on in the evening. Didn't see the signs where they wasn't accepting $50s or a $100 bills. After a certain time my order was $97.00 They refused to take my $100, i even asked for her to keep the change, So I left came back with change. The lady was still argumentative and even stated that she likes to argue with the customers just very rude, very poor customer service and didn't even get the order right

Completely screwed up order and unfortunately they refuse to give refunds. Usually like their pizza but I am done with a company that will not give a refund when they blatantly screw up. I ordered online so it was not a mistake in phone communication. As a vegetarian it was very crappy that they gave us pepperoni instead of mushroom and then would not fix it

This review has nothing to do with the employees manager anyone at the store. They are very nice and we're very nice and how they treated me on the phone. I told them I'm never ordering another Donatos pizza ever again based on corporate. Donatos makes a rule I have a medical situation with my gout. I have to cut down on my pork so I ordered two separate meats, beef and chicken. He said they did not cost any extra other than the system will not allow me to order beef and chicken instead of pepperoni and sausage.
I was also substituting onions for extra cheese. Usually they do this substitution no charge I don't mind even paying for that extra charge. The point is they won't allow me to order beef and chicken. I have to cut back as I said so now Dan's corporate America has caused to lose my business I will not ever order a pizza again Shame on corporate America. I repeat the employees have nothing to do with two stars I gave for service I am so disappointed they make this rule is the customer always king apparently definitely not at Donatos. I am not taking advantage of the situation or system. Kudos to the gentleman on the phone today. He was very nice. I wished him a happy holiday. He sounded sad that I was not shopping at Dons anymore. Corporate America you should be ashamed of yourselves and real America is calling you guys out. God bless America.
