Every week I order a large pepperoni pizza with a side of hot honey on the App. Never had an issue until today when the lady working refused to give me the side of hot honey. She said she couldn’t ring it up, I tried to explain that I ordered in the app and selected in the app for a side of hot honey but she acted as if she was holding the hot honey hostage. If I order a pizza online or thru the app and the app gives me the option for hot honey how can she refuse it? I will never buy a pizza from here again because this lady doesn’t know what good service is. It’s not my fault you have no way of ringing up hot honey when the app lets me add it. Ridiculous!

What happened to calling to order a pizza and a human being the one to answer the phone ?
This automotive system is horrible !!! Twice I’ve tried to order a pizza and the dang robot repeats it back wrong …or when I try to order half cheese half deluxe large it tells me that they don’t have beer…I tried again 2 times and still got it wrong ..this happened last week and this week !!
So instead I called dominos …so hope Donatos knows that their stupidity is costing them money and not saving like they were hoping
Stop penny pinching and have a hourly employee answer the dang phone !!
If this doesn’t change by next year I’m done with Donatos period !!

Never ordering here ever again. They were almost two hours late with my pizza. Just go to Cousin Vinny’s or better yet, get a Digorno, at least you won’t have to wait forever to eat it.

Not accepting call-in or online orders. Without providing ANY type of customer service I assume they'll be out of business soon. Too bad, cuz I've always loved their pizza.
I placed my order on line because I had just got off work. When I went in the girl said that it would be a few minutes and she walked off. Well it took her along time to show back up so when my food was ready she was somewhere but not at the counter. In the meantime a couple walked in to eat at Donatos and another girl comes from the kitchen to wait on them, she never asked me what I was waiting on so I could leave . So I got up to look for anybody to give me my food and finally the girl that waited on me shows up and the other asked her to give me my food. So I said where have you been and this girl just cracks up laughing, I told her I'm NOT LAUGHING and then I asked her was my dressing in my bag because I ordered a pizza and wings she said yes and walked off. Then the other girl who was waiting on the customers who had just walked in told me that just because the other girl waited on me she doesn't have to stay with me until I get my food. I told her I'm not asking her to stay with me BUT COULD YOU AT LEAST COME AND CHECK ON ME SO I CAN HAVE MY FOOD ??? IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Then I asked where the dressing was for my wings because they said I had it and I DID NOT. So after I left I looked at my pizza and I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni and extra cheese. What I got was MORE TOMATO SAUCE THEN PIZZA and extra cheese but NO EXTRA PEPPERONI unless one or two pieces of pepperoni per slice is EXTRA (THAT I PAID FOR) !!!! I don't usually have a problem at Donatos but there always a first time for everything!! I guess next time I'll go to Cassano's !!! I've added pictures, you been the judge on all THAT EXTRA PEPPERONI THAT I PAID FOR AND DIDN'T GET !!!!

We’ve been here a few times over the last few months. They looked closed, but parking is in the rear. Food was hot and fresh and the employees were friendly.
