I placed my order for a specific time, 8:30, and arrived a minute early. I stood around waiting for my order for 9 minutes before they realized the food was already made and just hadn't been placed on the shelf.
While I was waiting, the woman making the food was seen wearing gloves, but didn't change out her gloves when she went to the back and handled a duster, even going as far as holding the actual feathers of the thing, before going back and making food WITHOUT changing gloves. Gross.
Dont go here, they don't understand what they're doing nor do they comply with very basic hygiene requirements.

The ladies working today were really holding it down. I just had a problem with something but it was corrected. Got my donuts because Schulers was closed.

The ladies working here are always super busy but extremely nice. I go here multiple days a week and have always had the best treatment. I read two recent reviews disputing this and would have to assume they were probably giving you back the energy you put out there. Even when busy, the workers are respectful.

I went through the Drive thru this morning and ordered my usual. A medium Caramel Ice coffee, with 6 creams and 7 pumps of liquid sweetener and I asked for them to make sure they put the 7 pumps of liquid sweetener in because last time it was more bitter than sweet and by time I pulled up to the window I could hear them in there making jokes about me asking for my coffee to be sweeter. I don’t know why people like this choose to work in customer service, with their negative attitudes and laziness. I’m tired of spending close to $4 every time for a coffee that I don’t even enjoy. We have enough BS going on in the world and at least they could do is make sure people’s orders is right! Get it together Dunkin Donuts! The only Good employee they have is Anita, but she can’t be there every day!

I had the distasteful pleasure of coming to this location this morning. I thought I had made a mobile order and proceeded my way to the pick up station. They asked me my name, I told them. They said they didn’t have an order for me. So I went to my app and I accidentally didn’t press submit. My fault completely. So I told them “oh I must not she’s hit submit haha” and walked away to the counter to give me order. Well they must have thought I left because they proceeded to mock me and laugh. Like, for what reason? I wasn’t rude to them, completely my fault. But to sit there and mock and laugh at a paying customer is absolutely ridiculous! I stood there for quite some time before a girl came up. Didn’t even say hi what can I get you? She just stared at me until I started with my order. Not have a nice day, one moment while we get it nothing. Told me the total and then walked away because they knew they had been caught. Worse part is the manager was standing right there. Worst Dunkin’ ever! I’ll drive to Huber before I ever step foot in there again.
