I went through the Drive thru this morning and ordered my usual. A medium Caramel Ice coffee, with 6 creams and 7 pumps of liquid sweetener and I asked for them to make sure they put the 7 pumps of liquid sweetener in because last time it was more bitter than sweet and by time I pulled up to the window I could hear them in there making jokes about me asking for my coffee to be sweeter. I don’t know why people like this choose to work in customer service, with their negative attitudes and laziness. I’m tired of spending close to $4 every time for a coffee that I don’t even enjoy. We have enough BS going on in the world and at least they could do is make sure people’s orders is right! Get it together Dunkin Donuts! The only Good employee they have is Anita, but she can’t be there every day!

I had the distasteful pleasure of coming to this location this morning. I thought I had made a mobile order and proceeded my way to the pick up station. They asked me my name, I told them. They said they didn’t have an order for me. So I went to my app and I accidentally didn’t press submit. My fault completely. So I told them “oh I must not she’s hit submit haha” and walked away to the counter to give me order. Well they must have thought I left because they proceeded to mock me and laugh. Like, for what reason? I wasn’t rude to them, completely my fault. But to sit there and mock and laugh at a paying customer is absolutely ridiculous! I stood there for quite some time before a girl came up. Didn’t even say hi what can I get you? She just stared at me until I started with my order. Not have a nice day, one moment while we get it nothing. Told me the total and then walked away because they knew they had been caught. Worse part is the manager was standing right there. Worst Dunkin’ ever! I’ll drive to Huber before I ever step foot in there again.

The server Did not know what a mocha or mocha latte was. Finally Asked for hot latte with vanilla. Got a iced vanilla latte. That was bad enough but just took it because at this point it was either take it or give up on getting coffee. because she was not understanding anything I asked for but stressed almond or anything non dairy. Was on the sticker but considering how I felt for the entire graduation ceremony afterwards and how much of it I had to miss and stay in the bathroom pretty sure it was not correct. Negative stars.

Dissatisfied with my Matcha that I got employees failed to blend it perfectly
At least twice a week my coffee is wrong. I specifically ask for LIQUID sugar in my iced coffee and it gets regular granulated sugar. No one wants to chew grains of sugar. No one wants regular sugar in an iced coffee because it doesn’t melt.

I ordered a hot Chai and got it back cold. You could easily tell it was cold, that wasn't the worst of it, the workers blamed it on one of the steamers that didn't work instead of taking responsibility of it and using their other steamer. Super unprofessional, wouldn't recommend

I paid $7.18 for a hash brown brisket scramble and a large sweet tea. I was very disappointed! The portion was very small for the price and the flavor was much less than expected The picture of the item was NOT what I received. It didn't taste fresh it tasted microwaved... The hash brown brisket scramble was $4.59 before tax and definitely not worth the cost...

12/10/24 I ordered the hash brown brisket scramble and a large sweet tea... I paid $7.18 and I am so very disappointed... My hash brown brisket scramble had 6 hash rounds and maybe 1/2 a scrambled egg and a few scraps of brisket (I guess) and a piece of melted cheese single. It was not horrible but definitely not worth $4.59 plus tax. I haven't been to Dunkin for years and won't be back anytime soon....

Normally I have a good experience with this place , the girls are nice, but today the drinks was messed up two times, no problem, but the first girl who served me yelled what wrong with it now. I don't want to stop going to my favorite coffee place if I'm going to get attude like that. Sorry for this but I go there at less five time a week ans I know things happens but you can't bring it to work.
