Everything is plastic (plates, utensils, water bottles). I'm not a plastic nut but I generally try to avoid hot food and plastic. The food was decent, but the tomato sauce on the pizza/pasta is sweeter than ketchup.
My wife and I were very fortunate to enjoy dinner at Eatly on a beautiful mid-June evening. She had the Shrimp over Italian Noodles, and I had the Big Ragu, which includes a meatball and Italian Sausage over spaghetti noodles. Both delicious entrees were covered in a sweet Sicilian red sauce. A very nice salad and breads were provided with dinner, and my wife went for an amazing blackberry cake for dessert. Though we do not live in Springfield, Ohio, the drive was worth it, and we've already told friends to make visiting Eatly a priority if they ever plan to be in the area.

This is an amazing place to eat! You arrive and choose your seat outside in a family atmosphere. You are greeted by a great cheerful guy who happens to also cook the great food all by scratch! Our family had just been on the road for a week and this was by far the best food and service we had!!
