Tonight I ordered door dash and usually I get excellent food but this chicken in the chicken Alfredo is overcooked you can’t even chew it . I’ve never had an issue before til tonight I am surprised. Someone needs to look at orders before they go out for delivery . Thankfully my sons sampler was good

I’m a huge fan of Fazolis. Use to have one in suburbs of chicago, came to Ohio for work and was able to grab some lunch with a friend (his first time!) we were greeted by the greatest employee ever Yvonne. She was so sweet and had the best vibe. We got our food shortly after we ordered (2 pizzas, and fettuchini) and they brought out the warm breadsticks. As I was eating Yvonne was checking in on us frequently as well as refilling breadsticks. What’s cool is the customers knew Yvonne and someone said “you’re the best part of coming to fazolis” to Yvonne and it was a table of 6. I genuinely hope corporate sees this. Please keep her happy. Please make sure she’s always taken care of. The food was great but Yvonne made it memorable. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH! (Bring fazolis back to the suburbs of chicago plzzz) lmao
