I was recently there and ordered a turtle cyclone. They made me a turtle sundae. I told the girl I ordered a cyclone and she said "well the receipt says a sundae" and turned away. With that, I just took the sundae and it was not very good. Disappointing trip.

Staff is usually rude. Went tonight and they forgot half the order and barely gave any ice cream. Gave me pumpkin cyclone, the wrong size. Busy the cup so put it in another and it was leaking everywhere. The pie crust tasted like something other than pumpkin pie in a bad way and they added chocolate chips which has never come in it before. It’s sad you read these reviews and hear people complain about the service but nothing gets done. The owner does not care if the employees are rude and inconsiderate to paying customers she enables it by continuing to allow them to have subpar service and a rude attitude.

The food and ice cream are great. If they're busy, maybe come back later. They don't do well under pressure, it seems..... but if you're not in a hurry, it's kinda worth the wait.
We sat in the line for over a half hour waiting at the menu board.. then another 5 minutes a piece at each window to have them bring us the wrong order.. they make the lobby priority and make the drive thru wait forever

I'm writing this review out of courtesy for the owners of this establishment.
I care about family-owned, small businesses... and I try to support them every chance I get...
I was very excited to go here with my family after a long night at the ballpark... but unfortunately our visit was EXTREMELY disappointing.
Food that we waited over 30 minutes for, which the wait would have been fine, but when we finally received it... the footlong hot dog was brown (and small) and the BBQ sandwich was basically a large bun with a VERY SMALL amount of barbecue.
However, my biggest concern, was your workers... which is why I am writing this review. There were 6 workers on last night, and only one of them wanted to work (kudos to Danielle for being the only). The girl who appeared to be the "supervisor", had no "people skills" and HORRIBLE customer service followed with a bad attitude.
I hate watching family owned businesses FAIL due to the employees that are on their payroll... and unfortunately this establishment could fall into this category if nothing is done.
My first job was at Dairy Queen, for many years, and I have soft spot for businesses such as yours... but last night's experience, was highly disappointing... and I would hate to have the roles reversed and have no one ever reach out to me to let ME know about their negative experiences... especially when it came to my employees, and my "family name".

I paid $5 for a barbecue beef sandwich and it came with half the sandwich without meat so I asked for more to fit the bun and they said it is pre made and they cannot add to it. This place is not worth the money you pay!!! So sad

Fents is a small family run business with good ice cream and yummy grilled food. My favorite part is it’s made to order. My food doesn’t sit in a warming station waiting for me order it. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes knowing my food is fresh, thank you! The square pizza is amazing!!
