This place is the worst. Weighted over fifteen minutes for 1 cyclone. And they weren't packed besides me, there was only two other people. They are very slow. Also as I waited two more people came to drive thru and got there ice cream and left. Now I could understand if I was buying grilled food but one regular size cyclone. Food is good but not worth the hassle. I will never go back. Just look at all the bad reviews.

Ice cream is alright. Dairy station is far better. But the girls working are practically mute and look like their absolutely miserable. We’ve been a few times and its always the same checked out teens that look like they’d rather be anywhere but there. The girl running the drive thru speaker literally mumbles and sounds incredibly upset she’s working.

Well this used to be a five-star review. Unfortunately I don't know what has happened besides the prices have gone way up The milkshakes are not as good as he used to be They don't pay attention to your order when you place it and it took 20 minutes in the drive-thru for me to get my food and I was the only car there the food quality has also gone downhill. I usually hit this place when going to Springfield or coming back but I probably won't be stopping by anymore. Good job fents 🙄

One of my childhood favorites. It's wonderful to still see Fent's around, and be able to carry on the Fent's trips with my children, as a little piece of my childhood. Quality decreased slightly over the years it seems, but it's still child (and adult) approved. The price is great compared to other similar places around.

The ice cream looked good but the sauce ruined it. It was like dollar store ice cream topping. Not good. The s’mores milkshake wasn’t good either. Maybe it was a bad day for them because I have heard good things.
