Fents is a small family run business with good ice cream and yummy grilled food. My favorite part is it’s made to order. My food doesn’t sit in a warming station waiting for me order it. I’d rather wait a few extra minutes knowing my food is fresh, thank you! The square pizza is amazing!!

Old school type of place which is great. The ice cream was great and they have plenty of food options. Prices are fair which is a bonus. Front sign quote was funny.
For what it cost you would think the serving sizes would be bigger. You can get a dollar cheeseburger at McDonald's bigger than there. Barbecue sandwich that costs five bucks.

I went inside before 830 and stood in line for 15 minutes. Instead of taking my order when I walked in, they were worried about driving through more than the inside customers. So I will never go back to this establishment again.Very poor customer service. When calling the manager, she hung up on me. When speaking to a customer inside , he said he was going to go to New Carlisle dairy spot but was too busy, so he took his kid to Fents. He said he always gets poor service at Fents

Everytime we go here to get ice cream it is absolutely ? the slowest service anywhere. It makes no difference wither they are busy or slow. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason we have to continued to come at all is that's its close to our house. Otherwise we would never go there. Not to leave anything out if you happen to get any kind of hot food it's absolutely awful. ? Don't waste your time ever going there. We have now been waiting almost 30 minutes for 2 simple cones that take 10 seconds to make! I'm done with this place!

The employees are rude it toke almost 45 minutes to get a large vanilla shake a blue slushie an a float the shake was just ice cream in a cup wasn’t even a shake they also lost my order and had to remake it and was rude about having to remake it never going here again I’ve been going here for over 20 years and now I’ll take my money to arrow queen
