This place was great when it first opened, we were ordering there a couple times a week, but recently it’s gone downhill. It seems like every time we go there is something incorrect or missing, we ordered a firehouse hero with peppers and pickles added, and it came with only those things on it and none of the normal ingredients. The food is still great when it’s correct but if you make modifications to anything, more often than not it’ll be made wrong. Also the mobile app...
Long time Huber Heights location customer. First time at the Springfield location, and they did not disappoint!!! We are soooo happy to have a location closer to home.
