It's been awhile since we had been there . Burgers were ok , Fries were undercooked and mushy , Pop machine was out of order so no refills after buying a bottle . Restrooms were also out of order .

The Springfield, Ohio location for Five Guys has never served milkshakes. The official website for this location advertises the milkshake flavor of the season: coffee shakes. We specifically drove here for milkshakes and the manager says he's trying to get them. How does a chain famous for burgers and milkshakes open a location without milkshakes and still not have them several years later?

Called in to place an order, no answer. I called 5 different times. As I was waiting on my food, since I had to order inside, I watched the phone ring and all 4 employees ignored it. They weren’t even busy, the store was empty.

I have gone to Five Guys many times over the last several years. I am very disappointed with the service I received for the Springfield Ohio location. I ordered 2 burgers and a Cajun fry after I left work. Drove 20 mins home to find out that they made one of the burgers completely wrong and gave me a regular fry instead of a Cajun fry. I called to let them know it was wrong and that I was driving back out for them to remake my order correctly. They said the they do not do that. They could give me a comp card for a later date. I still have a wrong order. Am I supposed to just pay for another order. Who does that. I have never heard of such a thing. I did not want anything except to remake my order. He said he could not do that. I then asked to get a refund and again was told he could not do that. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. Make my stuff wrong and make me pay for the correct stuff if I want the right order??? I will not be returning to this location again. It horrible customer service.

While the food here is phenomenal, it is way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way way overpriced for what you get, especially hamburger/cheeseburger wise.
I have no bad reviews for the food it's just the price. It is unaffordable for most people.

Had a great experience here!! Jeff, the manager, is very knowledgeable about food allergies and takes it seriously. Our granddaughter has a severe wheat allergy and rarely gets to eat at restaurants. We ordered her a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. Jeff made sure gloves were changed on the line and that no contamination occurred. I can’t express how grateful we are that he took the time to care about her food allergies and made a 7 year old little girl very happy. So thank you!!

Five Guys is still the king of hamburgers. A double cheeseburger with the works is a Heavenly experience,and more fresh cut fries than you can eat! This spot is definitely not for dietary concerns or for vegans. Easy 5 🌟 for me.
