Food is disgusting. Managers are rude. Employees are rude and the coustumer service is terrible. Seen the cooks out back smoking pot. No wonder the food is terrible.

On a busy Saturday a little wait and some of our order was missed. My main complaint is windows need caulked it was straight up freezing sitting there waiting for food. Please fix

The Frickers in Springfield is a lot nicer than the one in Huber Heights. You get good service, good food, and you can carry on a conversation because the speakers aren't screaming at you like Huber Heights. I prefer driving 15 miles farther to be able to hear the conversation at my table!!!

Sat down at 813, walked out at 835, no drinks, no service. Not staffed properly, dirty restaurant. Never will go there again.
Owner, I know you review all comments, word of advice, hire some more staff.

First time here, but not our last! Food was good, and a good value. And the service was outstanding! Angela went above and beyond we felt, super friendly and helpful!
One note, if you like hot wings- hot here is more like a mild or a light medium elsewhere.

A nice experience but I do find the wings to be middle of the road. I have had better wings but these aren't bad. A fair variety of flavors and still an overall good experience whenever I go.

Good was great. Server had a bad attitude that just came off rude. I went to get change from the host to play keno, and i over heard my server talking to a host talking about customers in a negative way. When she brought my change, didn't give a chance to tip anything other than 50% of my bill. Still tipped over 20%, but i had to get the change myself.
Service was very slow. The wait for food was way too long and then the food was cold.

It was ok..little pricey for some basic wings..and grilled cheese ..the fact the cooks can toss the sauces the way you want is either laziness or lack of skills..
