First time eating here food was really good but our server was horrible she was not even polite an she never even came to check on us to ask if we need refills or anything she was very rude an so she didn't get a good tip an she got mad about it to where we could hear her complain to someone in the back if you want a good tip then be a good server

I'm an admitted skeptic for a number of reasons; however, every time I can in here the customer service in the bar area is exceptional. I visitFrickers each time I get my vehicle serviced at the nearby Firestone which used to be a hassle to wait around waiting for my car to be completed. Now I look forward to getting maintenance on my vehicle.

We just picked up 70 wings for New Years Eve. 20 had the teriyaki sauce on them. The other 50 had NO sauce on them and they gave us 2 little containers of sauce mild and killer to put on ourselves. Clearly not enough sauce. And for 70 wings they gave us a 2 ounce container of ranch dressing. That is what you get with a single serving of wings. Very disappointing and unacceptable for the price you pay. I should have went with my husband to pick up. I would not have accepted them this way.

Came to grab some wings with the family, waited more than 20 minutes before leaving because nobody had even come to the table to get drinks going (and kids don't do well if they don't have at least a drink on the table)... motioned to another server twice, no response.. as we were almost to the car, a waitress ran out the door to say "sorry." Typically, there are no issues with the Huber location, but I do not recommend the Springfield location. I have had issues here before and have overlooked them for understandable reasons, but that was the last time I will visit this location. Sorry for the bad review, but I'm just being honest. I don't typically leave 1 star reviews, but this one has to be done.

2 days after eating there this place increased my cash app charge from 28.00 to 56.00 and hit my cash app visa card in a hole. Who pays 100%in tips? Besides I paid tip in cash so it was more than 100%. Can't trust them ill never go back.

Just take a look at the floors when you visit to know this place is disgusting. The floors are basically BLACK. While dining in the tables and floors around you are dirty while the servers walk right past it. Needs some deep cleaning 0/10
