My friends and I came in to order take out. We were greeted and given time to look over the menu. But after ordering we weren't told a timeline nor were we approached to be updated on the time for our orders to be ready. After standing along the wall for about 40 minutes I asked a worker, didn't catch her name, she checked and told us it would be another 20 minutes. We decided to wait rather than get a refund and go elsewhere. After an hour we got our orders. The food and the worker who helped us after we asked for an update are what saved this experience from being lower rated. I understand that food service can be busy and things happen but the disappointing fact was no one felt the need to pass along an update that the kitchen was behind.

Beware! Your call ahead order will be ready quicker than you expect and the tacos are huge!!Anything with brisket on it is an absolute win.Service is friendly and quickNew ownership is doing well! Can't wait to go back!Update: I still come here almost weekly. Their brisket ALWAYS slaps. Cocktails are also on point, try the blackberry lemonade shake up!

Today was the first time we've been back since the ownership change and we'll continue to eat here. We talked to the owner about some of our old favorites and they were not only willing to work with us but they nailed the taste of the tacos. The classic tacos, like the traditional, have even been improved somehow. We tried the new CBR and it was excellent! If you want the best tacos in Springfield, Krazy Taco is still the place.

The Triple B and Notorious P.I.G., as well as the Texas Twinkies were delicious. They also have the good glass bottle Coke.I highly recommend stopping by, great food and friendly staff.

Krazy Taco 937 is a seriously great dining experience. They are focused on providing high quality food, but their cocktails are what sets them apart from every other restaurant in Springfield. These are not your average mixed drinks! Easily in my top 5 restaurants in the immediate area for having great food because the owners and staff CARE about the product they are serving you.
