The food portion sizes were extremely small and not worth the money at all. The guy talking my order seemed to not know what he was doing and I had to repeat everything i said at least twice for him to put the correct food in my bowl. He took so long that the people behind me got their food made by another employee before mine was done. Food was good but portions were not worth my time and money.

Not sure what happened but Hotheads was a major change this time. Large portion and food was excellent. Wife and I even talked about what an improvement everything is this time. Lots of GOOD food!! For once we got our moneys worth!

I went thru the drive thru and the food was good today
Came to get lunch with my girlfriend, usually we get chipotle but I wanted to switch it up, wish I wouldn’t have, staff wasn’t super rude but super friendly, the guy making our bowls did half scoops of everything, I was kind of upset but just paid and left anyway because I had already waited in line and was hungry, when we got home my girlfriend opened her bowl and her first bite found a hair in her food, we called back to take the food back for a refund and they said we would have to go threw corporate to get a refund online after bringing the food back and that just seems like a hell of a hassle after being already such an inconvenience to my day. Ridiculous.

This is my second time at a hot head and my first time it is location. You could tell by looking at the food that it all comes out of cans and jars. It is not fresh like Chipotle. Needless to say, The food is trash. A waste of money and a waste of calories. I've never in my life ate in a place that has zero flavor. Nothing in that burrito had flavor. I swear it was flavorless. I had chicken burrito with rice chicken beans bell peppers and onions and some other toppings and it was trash. And don't get me started about the service. Yes the lady was nice but if you put five beans literally and I asked you for more and you tell me you will have to charge me extra as if it's coming out of your paycheck That's crazy. But more than anything this food is not seasoned and has no taste. I would never waste my time at another location ever in my life.

The people down at this location or so much nicer than the location on bechtle road I was still a little sore with the location on bechtle .the staff down here on derr road we're very nice and you can tell they actually seem like they cared about what they did and the people. I will definitely be going back there again versus the bechtle location that I was somewhat disappointed with.. I go for the food and how I'm treated I don't pay attention much to the atmosphere that's only reason for the 4.
