The food and service at hot head burritos on east national road in Springfield Ohio is always amazing and the food is always spectacular! Highly recommend eating here for sure! Way better than Chipotle for sure!!

We used to go in there all the time And almost every time that we went there, there is something out of stock. Usually we overlooked it, but when it happened multiple times in a row And an online order was made wrong.. We ended up leaving our phone number for the owner to call us, to share our experience and let them know that we would really appreciate if They kept things in stock! He never called so I left my number again the following time I went and he still never called!! So I called today and talked to some kind of manager.. And first of all, they were rude and had attitude the whole entire time I talked to them! Needless to say, we're probably won't be going back to that location.. which is sad because we go in the 2 times a week because it's soo close to us I honestly feel bad for the kids that work there.. they don't deserve to be with a company that obviously doesn't even care and has no respect for customers!! THIS IS WHY YOU ONLY HAVE 3 STARS!!!!! I'D GIVE YOU NONE IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!! SAVE YOUR MONEY.. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
