The food and service at hot head burritos on east national road in Springfield Ohio is always amazing and the food is always spectacular! Highly recommend eating here for sure! Way better than Chipotle for sure!!

We used to go in there all the time And almost every time that we went there, there is something out of stock. Usually we overlooked it, but when it happened multiple times in a row And an online order was made wrong.. We ended up leaving our phone number for the owner to call us, to share our experience and let them know that we would really appreciate if They kept things in stock! He never called so I left my number again the following time I went and he still never called!! So I called today and talked to some kind of manager.. And first of all, they were rude and had attitude the whole entire time I talked to them! Needless to say, we're probably won't be going back to that location.. which is sad because we go in the 2 times a week because it's soo close to us I honestly feel bad for the kids that work there.. they don't deserve to be with a company that obviously doesn't even care and has no respect for customers!! THIS IS WHY YOU ONLY HAVE 3 STARS!!!!! I'D GIVE YOU NONE IF THAT WAS AN OPTION!! SAVE YOUR MONEY.. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Not only did I get severe food poisoning from them. The food also threw me into APPENDICITIS!!! Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Team is very courteous. The food is great here, and I could eat here 5 times a week (and do)!
I went there a few days ago; the paint job in that place is awful, I've seen better work from my 3rd graders! The floors were really dirty from where the walls were falling apart at the bottom,The meat smelled like dog food, and there was one girl who didn't look over 14. I overheard that the other girl called her Haley or Hayley. She had a snarky attitude. I don't know what her problem was but she was unprofessional, it seems to be obvious to me that customer service training is not on their regiment.

Haven’t been to hot head since before the pandemic. It was worth the wait! Wonderful workers who were patient and friendly with us.
Vegetarian options: Alternatives to meat exist although not all options call for meat or compromise. That being said they do offer a lot of alternatives.

The service isn't terrible, but the management staff mostly the ones supposed to be running the stores and doing scheduling, are very unprofessional, and do not care about their employees. One's that need hours and are good workers don't get the hours and get pushed into quitting. Something needs to be done!
