Only one server but she was awesome for her work load. Wife went to the restroom and said that it was worse than an old truck stop,grandson said that the mens room was just as bad.food wasn’t bad but a little greasy. Probably won’t be back.

This is 100% better than the original opening. While there's room for improvement.
A hostess is your first impression, without any there cannot be a good first impression.
Second impression is the server ours was pleasant.
You should expect that from every server.
Third time and quality. I do get stuff happens. But when you plate eggs and they are burnt around outside and yolk is not firm, it's pretty simple, Your heat is to high. OM firm white, soft yolk. Should never be close to burnt. That would bea cook issue
Haven't been to an Ihop in over 10 years. I wasn't let down. Took my Mother for breakfast and was seated quickly, our waitress was nice and quick. Couldn't have had a better experience. Although , we could have done without the yelling back and forth to the kitchen, but the did seem a bit short staffed. PS> make sure to ask about their M-F specials. 2 pancakes, 2 sausges and hasbrowns $6.

Came in for a later dinner (8:00-ish) on a week night and we were seated within a few minutes. First impressions were sights of tables & empty booths still loaded with dirty dishes. After getting our beverage from the hostess, it was about 10-minutes before our order was taken by the waitress. She apologized for the delay, crediting it to two different $200+ orders in their back dining area (and apparently understaffed to accommodate). Otherwise, only one or two other booths were occupied.
The mozzarella sticks came out quickly, but then we waited quite awhile until a third restaurant employee brought out our meal—still somewhat warm. Our original waitress was good enough to come back later with our check, still blaming the “church group” for her absence.
All in all, it seemed like a bunch of young employees were trying to run this restaurant tonight in absence of a real manager or anyone who could take charge and help out.

First and last time I will go to this location. Takes over 50 minutes to get your food. Terribly slow. Will not be back. No wonder it closed the first time.

The service was absolutely horrible we was there for 2 hours and waiting an hour for our food AND they messed up my order. My mom asked for cream in her coffee she asked like 3 times and never got it. It’s horrible absolutely terrible and I would never go back and I do not recommend going. I can see them shutting down again. Everyone in there was upset by the long wait and service and was yelling at the waiters. Horrible won’t be going back and for all our troubles we got no discount absolutely horrible

We sat here for an hour before we got our food. An elderly couple got up and left due to no service. I would not recommend eating here unless you like waiting. Tbh they shouldn't of reopened the location.

I'm not sure why. But IHOP just never seems to have it's act together when we go. We were greeted and seated promptly. But the server never acknowledged us. Finally the guy who seated us came and apologized and took our order. Then we had to wait 45 minutes for eggs and pancakes. Doubtful I return. Now that my young children realize it's no good too.

The service was terrible and I was not impressed by my food. What we ordered was not worth what I paid especially since we had to wait 48 minutes for it. The food was cold. When speaking to the manager I thought she would be a bit more responsive and aware of the issues. We had to ask for refills. It's very likely I will not be eating here again.
The owner responded to my complaints but I have to hear from anyone else regarding the whole incident. I have definitely made up my mind that we will not be eating at this restaurant again. This was such a bad experience.

We went on father's day, and they only had one server for the whole place and she did a fantastic job! Everyone's order was correct and her pleasant attitude made my father's day more special!

Called in my order an hour and 45 mins ahead and still stood in lobby over 45 mins waiting on basic food all I received was sorry excuses but no compensation. Floor was soaking wet with what smelled of old mop water.

Nice place. Stopped by on a return trip from Ohio. It wasn't overly crowded and we had our orders taken promptly and the food followed shortly after. Was pretty surprised by the speed, accuracy, and quality. Our waitress was very polite and ensured we always had what we needed/wanted. IHOP's can be hit or miss, this one is definitely a hit.
TLDR: Mmmmhhhmm good food, good service, good God
