Ironworks Waffle Cafe

Went with a group of friends. Food was delicious and served fairly quickly. I was unaware that the cafe was in a city building - so it was difficult to find. But very good overall!

Excellent waffles and a relaxed atmosphere in the CoHatch. They also have amazing coffee! Definitely must visit if you’re in Springfield.

Food is good when we do get food from there, but we were just there because Google said they opened at 8. When we got there, there was a closed sign up, but a sign with the hours that said they opened at 8. There were two guys behind the counter and they looked at us but did not say anything. We’d have come back if they needed more time.

Great place for breakfast lunch or brunch. Their waffles are to die for and the buffalo chicken and waffles sandwich is top notch. The waffle fries are the best I've had too. Multiple other places to grab drinks if you're watching an afternoon game or just getting together with friends.

The Dave is legit. My husband does nothing but complain about food yet he ate this and was gushing about how delicious it was. He almost went back for another one but decided he’d come back another time. He vows to eat it so much they change the name to “The Mike.” Well done.

Fridays are my day with my 1 year old son. I work Sunday-Thursday and I’m gone by 6:30AM when that sweet boy is still sleeping. I don’t get to tell him bye and I always watch him wake up from his Camera above his crib on my phone while I’m at my desk.

Fridays are my days that’s I get to wake up with him and tell him good morning while mom works. And we get to hangout. We can never find a good breakfast option for both of us. And I think we’ve finally found it.
I seen Ironworks Waffle Cafe on DoorDash and thought we try it. And let’s just say it was an absolute hit with this. The food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The chicken was soooo good and the waffles were fresh and so good! The syrup was out of this world. They loaded up greys waffle with strawberries and blueberries and have a huge thing of Nutella! The fries on my order were crispy and salty! I think we finally found our breakfast tradition that I get to share with my boy every Friday.

Fantastic waffles, sweet or savory. I got the Buffalo Springfield and the side of fruit. The fruit was fresh berries rather than the melon I was expecting when I order this elsewhere. The maple syrup is also the genuine article. Absolutely fantastic food and quality!!
